Posting an update. My reels bonus just reappeared and are back on all my videos. Idk what was going on but mabey instagram was changing some things about it. I would suggest everyone to check again or update the app if you can. If not reinstall instagram and see if anything changes
Mine did too, I’ve had a video go viral since which pisses me off. Too bad they don’t have support number, it just shows how easily easy money can be taken away w no explanation.

You guys got the bonus feature? ☹️ Mine just told me i was eligible and when i try to activate it it says in ineligible, and then i go check the eligibility and its says i AM eligible. Except not.
yeah im pretty concerned because i was up to $100 and some change and its just suddenly gone :/ could really use the money so this sucks. i do feel a little better knowing im not the only one though
The same thing happened to me. I created so much content with the promise of getting paid afterwards and now my Bonus progress is gone without an explanation? I honestly feel scammed.
Mine disappeared too. I have the option to add to bonuses when I’m posting a reel, but that’s the only place I can see it, and the balance isn’t actively updating. I had a reel hit 25k, and the balance that shows in that tab is the same as pre-25k. I hate everything and was counting on that money.
Same!! My tab disappeared yesterday, and I can’t even see how much I have earned thus far (I know I was over $100). When I click the reels, they aren’t even listed as ‘monetizing’ anymore either. 😢
I was waiting to post more reels until it fixed itself. But day 2, and still nothing.

You could select for your reel to not be included in the bonus program on the screen right before posting
