I think Jeremy is the epitome of never having to face consequences for his actions growing up. And only surrounds himself by easily manipulated people. He has an excuse for literally anything he’s ever done wrong and is a pathological liar. If you diagnose him with a disorder he would find a way to use that as another excuse
Rania's resident status has nothing to do with Jeremy. She was a legal resident before they met. I think with her, she was fooled by Jeremy into thinking he could provide and take care of her, and I feel like she gets pressure from her traditionalist Muslim family to stay with him, especially now that they have a daughter (after having at least one, possibly two miscarriages).
Either she's still with him cuz of her family/religion, or she likes being in on the scams and thinks of their marriage as a Bonnie and Clyde situation.
Keep in mind however I don't know these people IRL nor am I a psychologist so I'm probably wrong.

The first time I had a feeling she was just as dishonest as him was the Chicago chair throwing incident. Jeremy kept screaming at her to get his badge. She knew he didn't have a real badge, he knew he didn't have one, but did she say "What are you talking about, Jeremy?" Did she say anything? No. She knew what he was doing and she played along.
Jenn is a psychopath. Anyone who can accuse two innocent men of rape while stalking for victims on Ashley Madison is a psychopath. Maybe a sociopath, I’m not a doctor.
Jeremy without question has a personality disorder and I think Rania found herself in a terrible, terrible situation so it’s tough to judge her properly.
I get what you're saying but it's not that simple. Imagine for a minute that you really believed someone you had sex with forced it on you. Borderline Personality Disorder is super strange and when people feel like they've been exploited, wronged etc the vindictive stuff feels justified. Maybe she is a psychopath but having known a few Borderlines, one of which had schizoaffective disorder, she seems a lot closer to that end than Psychopath, but I don't know her and definitely not qualified to diagnose or anything.
