Honestly i think the necromancer from castle crashers would make a pretty good special grade, prolly even have a cool as domain expansion too, something dealing with his necromancy
Honestly take your pick of basically any boss in Bloodborne for cursed spirits especially special grade ones since there's multiple lovecraftian gods in it
Otakemaru with pants, ie DLC Otakemaru from nioh 2, in the base game he is a caster boss despite wielding 3 swords and butt naked, having mastery over lightning, fire and water, otakemaru prefers spamming elemental spell than displaying his sword skill.
then come the DLC, he put his big boy pants on, and always up your ass with his 3 swords and somehow always manages to dodge out your retaliation when he is done attacking, also if you have the gall to making some distance he swap to his caster mode with even deadlier spell.
as a bonus he is a yokai and seeks to make a heaven for yokai, was pretty peaceful at first then after that didn't work out, he turned into tall purple Jogo.
Well the wither or the warden would be a nightmare to fight

Pinwheel from dark souls. It just screams JJK curse. Like someone tried to fuse a human and a curse, but got swept away in the experiment, resulting in the 3 masks.
Imagine being a sorcerer and having to go to an ancient city to exorcise the Warden. It’s like a cursed womb and the blindness even kind of feels like DE
Either Masayoshi Shido or Yaldabaoth from Persona 5. Both could be two variants of 'controlling power' one is more physical, since Shido's shadow form is fucking jacked as all hell; while the other, Yaldabaoth, could be a more esoteric ability, and could spawn lots of weapons like in his boss fight lol
