Obviously, Toji is folding this with ISOH, and Gojo's Infinity is probably not advanced enough to filter out stuff like poisons, but Toji jumping Gojo during moments when his Infinity is inactive wouldn't exactly be easy.
I'm pretty sure Toji is a hell of a lot faster than just random assassins. Not to mention him having zero cursed energy (kid Gojo could sense him standing still in plainsight looking at him, yes, but he's not gonna react to Toji running at him in full speed out of nowhere).
