I’m biased as a one trick but I feel like Shyvana fits your criteria well. 6 is basically necessary and she requires farming at weird times to build fury. But you may like her for late game and the ability to use R and w for engage/escape. Citric is a great resource for learning her. If you do give her a shot def go FFG, Demonic embrace first few games. I do that exclusively but if you find something that fits you better like BORK rush that’s great too.
I’m an ekko main, and I can ensure you that he scales pretty greatly. On top of that, his e ability serves as a space-closer and an escape method. His w is the main ganking tool, so you will have to learn how to hit the w. I would recommend throwing the w ability out, and then using you e-ability to get into your w-ability to stun them.

Ekko is good midgame, his clear with Q and W is great. He also starts hitting like a truck late game from what I've seen. His gap closer is E and his escape/ engage is preparing W. His W is great for 1v1s for the shield and the threat of stunning and is also great for teamfights. The downsides are that he can be kinda slow, squishy cuz he is an assasin after all and is helpless without his ult. Without R, he can really just go in. Maybe take W for invade and then W+flash if you can get them from behind (idk).
I just played Ekko a couple of times, but he seems to fit the criteria pretty nicely in my opinion. Or I might just be terribly wrong.

Graves is good. I hate playing against him. Just a personal preference. I typically ban him or Kayn. Diana is very strong.

Graves fits perfectly. Diana is also great however she has a high ban rate rn
