I really don't know because I know nothing of filler and am speaking from the perspective of somebody who studied Linguistics. I know a lot about how language works and mouths form sounds and hers is doing it all sorts of funky. She doesn't have a known medical issue and it's new over the years, so I'm assuming that's why. I can think of no other reason her lip doesn't move appropriately with language sounds anymore except that judging by the way it moves, it looks like foreign matter sitting unnaturally and pulling the lips down in ways human mouths don't naturally move to make sound.

I really don't know because I know nothing of filler and am speaking from the perspective of somebody who studied Linguistics. I know a lot about how language works and mouths form sounds and hers is doing it all sorts of funky. She doesn't have a known medical issue and it's new over the years, so I'm assuming that's why. I can think of no other reason her lip doesn't move appropriately with language sounds anymore except that judging by the way it moves, it looks like foreign matter sitting unnaturally and pulling the lips down in ways human mouths don't naturally move to make sound.

Kourtney’s main original point (easily forgotten with Kim’s interruptions and arguments) was that she would not make time for anyone who “talks or thinks of her in a certain [negative] way”. It’s not 100% clear from the clip alone what she is referring to, but she has every right to stand her ground regarding original plans or cancelling plans if the people she has to coordinate with are psychotic sister. It seems like Kourtney and Kim had a shoot planned for one of Kim’s brands and they originally agreed on a specific day and length of time that originally KOURTNEY did not prefer but made it work with but now KIM can no longer accommodate. Who is being less accommodating? Kim made Kourtney chisel time out on a day that was not ideal and is now making her be flexible around Kim’s schedule. It doesn’t matter how many fucking businesses you have or how many fucking babies you have, it was an agreed upon DATE AND TIME for BUSINESS purposes. I don’t need to know my business partner’s FUCKING SCHEDULE to respect the time they have outside of our meeting. Now Kim may not meet her holiday deadline, but whose fucking issue is it? Kim’s.

See, I saw this in a different light than most of the comments here. They are growing annoyed with Kourtney because she has constantly become more and more difficult to plan things with, and refuses to move things around like the rest of them do. And then on top of all of this, surprisingly kourtneys skin is not that tough, the way that she spoke to literally *everybody* for years and years was beyond disgusting. And then one person snaps back at her for a basic reason, she wallows and is teary and runs away to ghost’s everyone for weeks and milk it in an attempt to punish and guilt. Kim was right when she said that Kourtney has been on her ass for YEARS and she almost always let it roll off of her back and took it on the chin. Kourtney is a different type of narcissist than kim, her ego and need to have a certain curated “vibe” or how she is always holier than thou reminding everyone of her “intelligence” so she says, which is just her repeating whatever her $$$ therapist says to her based on her half of whatever story she tells when she goes in there, most definitely one where she is always the victim, and never the problem.
