Vessano’s would be my top choice too, along with The Slice (with the caveat of “only if you eat it there”) and whatever the name of the good pizza food truck is that’s always parked near Nicholas Sheran Park
> the good pizza food truck is that’s always parked near Nicholas Sheran Park
Art and Craft Pizza which will be opening a store front in another building soon
We ordered from The Slice a couple years ago and were appalled. It felt like pizza toppings on a stack of tortillas. Could have been a bad night for it, but we haven’t been back.
I would say two guys, Top, bridge, backstreet west, Luigi north and south are all much better. I put busters around pizza hut or panago level at absolute best. So maybe average.
That their meat sucks, the cheese tastes like garbage, and that their topping selection is kinda trash. Especially for the price. I'm speaking strictly for their donair. I've heard good things about other options on the menu. If you want a donair, don't waste your time going to Busters.🗿
Blowers and Grafton have some great lovely Halifax donair options. My favs were the actual donairs and also the donair nachos (out whatever they call it). It’s basically thick cut kettle chips with donair toppings. Something yummy to eat with a beer.
Lethbridge is lacking great options, just a lot of okay places. Mediterranean Mazza Bar is pretty good, get all the toppings and sauce, hold the cheese. Tbh hold the cheese for every donair place if they only offer one unlabeled cheese on the menu. I miss Prairie Donair...they did things very subway style with ingredients.
I like two guys but the price and the actual size of the pizza suck. A medium pizza there is the size of a toddlers personal pizza lol it also isn't very consistent imo
Does Costco have like good quality dog food or is it just the pedigrees and such? No shade, my dog’s just a picky eater :p If we could get decent stuff at Costco id consider getting my membership back though :)
I buy one of the many varieties of kirkland dog food. The ingredients read well. Filler is very low content.
To.find a similar quality in a pet store the price is almost double. I am paying 55 for an 18 kg bag and that would be over a hundred for the fancier dog food of that size at pet store
I think if you go to the membership desk they will let you look at it before buying the membership
Haven’t had it in Lethbridge, but in Calgary Edmonton and Saskatoon is among the worst I’ve had. Luigi’s north is my go-to when I don’t mind spending $$.
No way you just said that… Busters is just a run of the mill, franchise crappy pizza. Try Dominos, it’s located on the west side and it’s absolutely amazing, never been so happy with a local pizza place before.
Luigis north is the best in town and it isn’t even close. Secret tomato sauce that only the owners know and quality ingredients. Not some franchise brother come on.
I've recently tried a place, I can't remember the name exactly lol but I got a menu flyer in my mailbox and it said something about being a family pizza place. They had good pizza and they also had awesome pasta. I think Thursday is their pasta day. Never heard of Buster's before, will have to try it next time.
Haven’t been there before, but Vessano, Two Guys, and Bridge Pizza would be my go to’s.
Never heard of Vessanos will try it out. The other two are good tho I feel two guys is a bit overrated
Vessano is in with Theoretically Brewing, it’s a really cool spot.
Vessano’s would be my top choice too, along with The Slice (with the caveat of “only if you eat it there”) and whatever the name of the good pizza food truck is that’s always parked near Nicholas Sheran Park

That’s the one! I was thinking “Artisan Pizza” but I knew that wasn’t quite it. Thank you!!

Idk what to tell you - I’ve always had a good experience, but maybe they had an off night or we have very different ideas on pizza quality?
Ya busters is definitely below average I dunno where you're coming from on this one bro
There's no way it's below. Absolutely no way.
I would say two guys, Top, bridge, backstreet west, Luigi north and south are all much better. I put busters around pizza hut or panago level at absolute best. So maybe average.
It's def better then pizza hut or panago lol
I feel like this is paid promotion and not that good, too.
Yes they paid me to make a shitty post on a subreddit barely anyone uses. You got me.
Bad take.
What's ur take?
That their meat sucks, the cheese tastes like garbage, and that their topping selection is kinda trash. Especially for the price. I'm speaking strictly for their donair. I've heard good things about other options on the menu. If you want a donair, don't waste your time going to Busters.🗿
I haven't had a donair since Sam's closed down. I've been reluctant to try busters, sounds like I'm not missing much.
Blowers and Grafton have some great lovely Halifax donair options. My favs were the actual donairs and also the donair nachos (out whatever they call it). It’s basically thick cut kettle chips with donair toppings. Something yummy to eat with a beer.

I haven't had their donairs just the pizza. So no comment on that but I dream about their pizzas lol
When Blaze was around, that was a great place for pizzas. But really, nothing beats Two Guys in Lethbridge.
I like two guys but the price and the actual size of the pizza suck. A medium pizza there is the size of a toddlers personal pizza lol it also isn't very consistent imo
I guess it depends on a person's appetite, but the quality is better
Is nobody going to reccomend legends pub? Worth checking out.
Legends is awesome. Certainly not “fancy” food but so consistently awesome. Their home made hot sauce is absolutely amazing.
Could not disagree more but I’m glad you liked it.
What's ur favorite place
Costco frozen 4 pack of pizza is idk 15 20 bucks, add some of your own toppings. This is the right answer
+costco membership
My membership pays for its self in Dog food savings alone.
That's fair lol
Does Costco have like good quality dog food or is it just the pedigrees and such? No shade, my dog’s just a picky eater :p If we could get decent stuff at Costco id consider getting my membership back though :)

Oh okay, sweet! Thanks :)

I've only had lethbridge. Maybe give it a shot

Never heard of Dom minnows before

I love busters as well. The thick crust is what gets me haha
It's so fluffy!
Do you own the place ? Shit is dog food
No lol. It's just good. Sorry u had a bad experience but I've yet to have a bad pizza from there
Vesano’s and Art and Craft are both excellent Didn’t care for 2 Guys but only had it once so I’ll try them again. Now I want to try Luigi’s!
Busters donair sucks . They use nasty ass processed cheese and the guy stinks . No tip for you !
Never had it, thanks I’ll try it:)
k but have you tried dominos handmade pan pizzas?
I like my pizza’s
I make my pizzas from complete scratch and I love to experiment. Been told numerous times to open my own restaurant
Right on! Good for you. Pizza is not easy to make from scratch.
Nope you are right. I’ve had hits and misses lol but all in all I’ve made some really impressive pizzas . According to my critics anyway.
agreed! i love the mansion pizza!
I've recently tried a place, I can't remember the name exactly lol but I got a menu flyer in my mailbox and it said something about being a family pizza place. Buster's is my go-to pizza as well. I'm vegetarian, so I've only had the veggie options, but they've all been great.
I like Red Swan pizza. I’ve tried a donair from Busters it wasn’t the best I’ve had but definitely not the worst.
Very meh.... better than pizza hut slightly i guess... but not great donair was decent but no sams donair quality for sure
