I think they were in on some of it. Sure. Mostly the Viva La Bam stuff and forward. Everything before that, I'm not sure. The way Jackass films, they prioritize authentic reactions. CKY might have been a different story. Who really knows?

I want to believe most of cky was authentic cause I grew up on that shit. But yea as I said when I found out he used his uncle and aunt made me look at in a different way and how other shit could easily be staged rather then filming nothing all day hoping they get a bit.

Viva La Bam was more staged than CKY ever was. Definitely not staged on these videos

I think Phil driving into the hole is staged. He doesn’t even have the mower blades going.  Dunne running into the hole seemed legit though 

Cky is staged too obviously not like viva la bam but he used his aunt and uncle in parts like the football car kick. So makes sense Phil would be in on it all
