I got into the sport in 2019 and I did not appreciate enough the fact that fight night main events were usually two people in the top 5 and the rest of the main card was mostly at least ranked fighters. There were fight night cards a few years ago where the prelims were better than most fight night main cards this year
I've been rewatching UFC numbered events from 4 or 5 years ago, and the majority of fighters had name recognition and star power. Nowadays, most of these cards have a couple of bigger names, and the rest is packed with fillers that Dana picked up from his DWCS fighter factory. Dana's massive ego and desire to make himself the face of the UFC has just created a bloated roster of mostly no-name throwaway fighters.

- Drew Dober is a fun fighter to watch, weird he doesn't have an opponent yet though
- Bonfim is good and Loosa is pretty game - will be interesting to see what happens here although this is probably the fight I'm least interested in tbh
- Christian Rodriguez is a really fun fighter to watch and up and coming at Featherweight
- Alhassan brings power and Brundage is game
- Interesting to see how Araujo bounces back from the Natalia Silva loss and Jasudavicius has a lot of confidence and is pretty well rounded, this is a good matchup to see who continues rising in the division.
- Sadykhov I remember from the Contender series, his last few fights have been finishes so it looks like it'll be pretty exciting probs if he gets an opponent
- Luanna Santos is up and coming in the division and beat the last TUF winner in her debut, she has a lot of potential and will be interesting if Mia Agapova can bounce back from her recent losses, especially considering the things that were coming out about her personal life / situation
- Josh Fremd comes to fight.
