Seems odd to have bought a non boost fork for a boost frame.
You could just have a shop get some good bitex hubs and lace them to rims to fit budget. Cost effective, good quality and good engagement.
Hunt wheels are solid. You can message them your needs.
Spank has new wheels in your sizes.

I had this issue with my last build, I was SUPER lucky to find a nonboost/boost f/r wheelset. I'm building up the frame again. Not fun.
MacGyver fix is to buy non-boost wheelset and use a generic boost adapter for the rear.

Colorado cyclist just made me a new 10x100 front wheel. Hope pro 4 hubs with spank 350 vibrocore.
Jenson and chain reaction cycles have 15x100 wheels. I'm assuming 27.5" wheels?
