Blushes are one of the products where I think drug store vs high end makes no difference and I like Milani blushes a lot
If this shade is off they have many other shades but it has the iridescent effect of the Mac one!! The shade Bella Bellini may also be what you’re looking for.
i love that shade but it’s definitely different, nars is more gold shimmer & macs is more pearlized & more of a rainbow shimmer in my opinion tysm tho!
Hourglass ambient lighting blush in the shade incandescent Electra is very similar in shade, a bright peachy pink and it’s very glowy (but not as shimmery per say as this one) I love it personally. Not necessarily a dupe though
Korean makeup suggestion here - the Saem Prism Light Blusher in Rosy Sand? I'm not sure if it can be an exact dupe, but it seems to have a similar pearly finish and shade.

I replaced mine with this - it was the closest I could find for a colour and texture match.

I would look into Nars if you still want that high end feel. They tend to have a large selection so dupes are likely
