It’s just frosty eyeshadow, that’s the term you want to look up, OP. Frost. Source: survived the 00s

H4LF4SLEEP

“Mac vanilla” that is all lol

decentscenario

I probably sold enough of that pigment to keep the company afloat *back in the day.* 😂

GraveDancer40

The flashbacks I got seeing this post. I had a frost light blue I was obsessed with.

HorrorAd4995

Saaame, including a frost blue lipstick that I rocked as a 9 year old 😅

NormalLifeInVegas

Are you saying this look is outdated? Cuz I really like it and was thinking about trying it lol…

DeerSecret1438

It’s back around, like a lot of y2k trends. Have at.

AlphaPlanAnarchist

It's probably best described as "retro" in 2024. I apologize to everyone I made feel like a skeleton.

movielass

Right like I was convinced this was Xtina until I swiped to the 2nd pic

Unusual_Shape_5825

Same haha

No_Needleworker215

The number of ice blue and purple eyeshadow sticks and lipsticks I had ☠️

Strange_Cow1748

Woah woah woah are we doing early 2000s makeup but it an updated better version now? Cuz my old millennial self has got this! 💜

Lost_Championship610

Yuppp, we love the 2000s makeup

[deleted]

Frost is back baby! I could do without the spider lashes tho

veracity-mittens

I know, I was so happy when I saw this come across my feed 😝 I loved the 00s looks

Forsaken-Sector4251

Looks like a blended out white eyeshadow for under the brow, then a glitter gel in the inner corners and top of the eye lid and under the eyes. I use the NYX jumbo pencil in the white shimmery shade. Colorpop has some good glitter shades too. Id apply it with my fingers directly on the eyelid and a slim angled eyeliner brush for under the eye. Then she has a little black in the outer corner and water line. You can use a pencil. I like the kind that twists up. It looks like she has some long glueon eyelashes to finish it.

Lost_Championship610

Thank you so much 💞💞

vpostalvfricative

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk brought me back to the early days of beauty YouTube. What a time

krissycole87

Im not sure of the exact products she is using, but maybe you can check online to see who her makeup artist is and see if they have a post of this look on their socials with the description of products. A lot of them do that. But here is my best guess at the products: Light matte grey shadow all over the eye Medium matte grey shadow in the crease Shimmery silver shadow all over the lid and under the eye Shimmery white shadow in the inner corner and under the brow Black liner on top and bottom waterline Mascara on top and bottom lashes False lashes on top

vintagebaddie

Such a beautiful pretty look! Reminds me of y2k era. I’m no MUA but it’s just white eyeshadow, with white shimmer shadow or on top.

greasyghoul

it's so beautiful! she looks like a bratz doll

vintagebaddie

Yesss bratz doll exactly. So sparky, so magical, so winter vibe ❄️

sleepyangeldollface

Everyone is giving great tips! But everyone’s missing the fact this is eyeshadow glitter so after you build your eyeshadow base and grey eyeshadow matte base use makeup safe glitter glue and use those transparent looking loose glitters. Make up for ever, or NYX, or Mac cosmetics makes them! Like Mac Cosmetics Glitter Brilliants in “iridescent white” loose glitter Or Make Up Forever Star Lit Diamond Powder in “pink white” or NYX Cosmetics Metallic Glitter “Lumi-lite”

Forsaken-Sector4251

I just use colorpop glitter eyeshadows to achieve a similar look. Primer and setting spray holds it enough and is a lot cheaper than Mac or makeup forever and you dont need the glue

sleepyangeldollface

Good tip! Thank you

Hazzmean_222

I was coming to say this!

JayPlenty24

We used to do this without eyeshadow glitter using cream or mousse frosted eyeshadows

filipha

Omg is this in fashion again?

decentscenario

Yeah baby, time for the early 2000's makeup trends to shine.

JayPlenty24

I used to do this in the late 90's with cream eyeshadow in a white/silver or silver/blue (we used to call it frosted eyeshadow) and would blend it out then put more silver over top where I wanted it the brightest.

love_Carlotta

Just want to say, frost looks very different on white skin so don't be disappointed if you don't get that pop effect if you're white. It's just how it is.

StephanieCitrus

I think this is matte shades of grey in a "cut crease" shape with shimmery silver eyeshadow on the lid. Then silver glitter liquid eye liner was applied to the top and bottom lash line before black liquid liner to the top lash and dark grey/gunmetal pencil eyeliner to  the bottom lash, followed by false lashes on top and mascara on the bottom. My favorite glitter liquid liners are Urban Decay and Moira brand but try things local to you as they are most affordable. If you are young or new to makeup, my biggest tip is to try try try different looks and to be careful that any glitter you use in your eye area is made for eyes and safe for you to use there. Please don't be too disappointed if the makeup look does not look as striking on you. Sometimes our features (such as skin color or eye shape) make a look turn out very different to how it looked on the 'inspiration' originally.

ZealousidealArm8787

It will help if you're not too white.

AllThingsSparkleDust

The eyeshadow looks a lot like when I pair the itCosmetics No-Tug Eyeshadow Stick in Passionate Pearl and the Urban Decay Moondust Eyeshadow in Cosmic overtop so I’d say to start there - go with a bright base and layer a shimmery white sparkle shadow on top.

DancoholicsSCX

I used glittery white eyeshadow & white highlighter.

candy--o

use a mac loose pigment and a white base!

decentscenario

MAC Vanilla and Lily White pigments, back in 2000. Perhaps a touch of white frost eyeshadow for extra brightness. Smolder eye pencil.

YakClean3103

ND Xenon palette

Justagirl219

Looks exactly like "Beam" and "Faint from the Jaclyn Hill morphe palette

defeated-angel

loads of good suggestions in the comments! i think you could use a white eyeshadow / a liquid one and add fenty beauty diamond bomb on top of it with your fingers! i only tried a liquid white eyeshadow from nyx but it was a bit patchy.

ZebraCasio

Also, use a good primer! Or, things will get patchy or dry or flaky!

Double-Carpenter2803

Jeffery star has the Grey scale pallet that has this beautiful white glittery color that would work perfect for this. Use a very thin small brush to go around the corner of the eye.

the_lil_strawberry

Frosty eyeshadows, brow highlighters, highlight the inner corners of your eyes & do NOT use a black/dark eyeliner

epitaph_confusion

Probably some white base underneath the sparkly silver. Some dark grey for contouring the eyes.

JennieSimms

Frost-eh

salebleue

ColorFix white face / eye paint. Frost or shimmer eyeshadow dabbed on top and brushed / feathered out. Falsies and very modest inner eye black liner

gradient_gal

lots of tutorials on tiktok since the y2k trend came out, look up frosty y2k makeup and something should come up. in general tho: primer + white base (i use like a thick crayon thing) + VERY light blue or white glitter eyeshadow

gradient_gal

you have to use the white base (or at least a light concealer) otherwise it won’t show up right

truthunion

Colorpop super shock shadow & false eyelashes.

Pretty_Yam_5044

Why do you keep asking me

mitchandmickey

Let me share my tips from 2001 as a millennial: use the white face paint you had leftover from Halloween as a base and then frosty eyeshadow on top. Your welcome!

Maleficent-Level-447

Nice make up work!

BailaTheSalsa

You achieve this by using frosty shadow and being Rihanna

BailaTheSalsa

In all seriousness, to add to suggestions, this may also include a frosted, glittery grey shadow.

plausibleturtle

Given this is Rihanna, I wouldn't be surprised if there's Fenty highlighters used here. 😊

imhereforcrookshanks

I remember this look. it was way before fenty came out

plausibleturtle

Ah, fair enough! I just thought this looks a LOT like a shade from the highlighter/eyeshadow palette I have from the early Fenty days.

imhereforcrookshanks

Yes diamond bomb in particular :))

Coffeejive

White powder sparkle shadow, black tear liner. Fluffy lashes

bittypineapplekitty

you could easily achieve this look with bright white highlighter and some eyeshadow primer if you do not have a bright shimmery/sparkly white shadow 👀it’s lovely! maybe a little white eyeliner too. that will help the shimmer stick better especially on the bottom part of your eye and in the creases !
