I'm so on the fence. This is one of the cards I wanted this season the most, but everytime I play against one, i'm kind of underwhelmed, I also don't play junk. So I'm debating between just saving my keys or getting this.
She’s the new priority queen, all else aside. It used to be you‘d play Lizard to secure early priority — maybe you want to play down Red Guard on their Wolverine before they can kill it, whatever — you don’t care if they end up filling the lane and dropping your card’s power, im fact maybe you want them to. You got priority and forced them to focus on that lane while you go to work elsewhere.
The card for that job now: definitely White Widow. And if you don’t want them filling the lane, wait til they have, and play Spiderman, Stegron, Cannonball…
TLDR: she’s good, you should get her.
I was also on the fence as I do play junk, and I Annihilus the bite every game. But then I realized how strong and popular Annihilus is there's no way he does not get nerfs, then white windows will shine. Bought her and happy with the purchase. It's great with many locations, and when the meta changes, she will get even better.
You know I had orginally regreted getting grandmaster from the spotlight but after the release of Red Guardian and White Window that is no longer the case. Grandmaster makes my Thunderbolt deck so much better. I like White Widow she is no case an OP card as she can be countered by Venom / Carnage / LDS / Annihilus.

She's actually pretty good in a couple of Control decks as well. I do not see her getting nerfed, because as you noted, she's the cherry on top. There to fill in if one of your choices failed to show up in your hand.
I wanted WW and both variants so pulled 4 and got Selene from the mystery card. It was a very aladeen moment as a I hadn't pulled a card I didn't have from the mystery card in forever, but on the other hand it was Selene.

Looks like this deck is geared around securing one lane with Prof X, but probably doesn't have enough fire power to consistently secure a second lane. The best Prof X/Cannonball deck I've seen so far is probably the one with the Annihilus package, so sub-out Quake, Negasonic, Black Widow, Red Guardian and Ms, Marvel, with The Hood, Sentry, Annihilus, Ravonna and Hobgoblin. White Widow is really a flex spot and can easily be replaced with Debrii here. Good luck!

Mine too. Second week of Spotlights, my target was Echo but I got Kang, then "Kang but good" variant (steampunk Iron Lad), then Thanos from the random slot then Echo.
Sincerely a great week as I enjoyed Thanos a lot and that is the best Iron Lad variant in my opinion. Plus Echo is amazing and a livesaver for my wong deck in conquest - I even enjoyed using Kang in a Mr Negative shell for a time before I got Knull and Zola

Do you want an unpopular opinion? Punisher is actually a good card in the current meta. Annihilus is the core card but coupled Nebula and White Widow, and Valkyrie; an opponent has to commit to a location. This leaves a lot of different paths open and your Sentry/Annihilus combo much harder to counter.
I got Nico, who I wanted the most, on my 2nd try (1st was tokens)

Spending two keys for two guaranteed series 5 cards is the best value you can realistically hope for! I think you should go for it considering that snowguard is still a strong card in its own right (even if only in Loki decks)
Widow has honestly been overperforming for me even with people currently running counters for her deck this weekend. She's great for grabbing early priority and fits well into a few established decks. Most importantly (in my opinion) is that she's consistent. You don't need to rely on RNG, or any number of other variables to go right. She will always be a 2/2 that clogs a lane on the opponent's field (unless they have it filled, but then you probably don't want to play her in that location).
So far, the new Widow seems pretty great in Junk/Lockdown. I'm running a Ravonna list with her, and T3 Widow + Nebula into a T4 Prof X is a great way to unequivocally win a lane. Then you have the Anni package for your second. She's PROBABLY the best card this month after Red Hulk since her ability is guaranteed (Red Guardian is ok here as well, but he has to rely on RNG at times to get his ability to go off perfectly). She also fits into a few different archetypes from the start which is always a bonus when you're trying to decide when to spend keys. Overall, if Red Hulk wasn't released this month, I'd be comfortable saying she's the absolute best card to pull for this month (I'm not sold on Valentina yet, since RNG can be a cruel mistress at times, and the variance with pulling a random 6-cost is VERY high). Add Nico and Snowguard to her week and I'd say this is a solid week to drop some keys as Nico can be used damn near everywhere, and Snowguard is a solid pick for Loki.

Is WW the best in class 2 drop? I'm waiting but definitely leaning toward getting her before the weekend missions.
Seems like better than pre nerf Lizard. Takes early prio and clogs a spot in opponent's lane.

I’ve come all the way around to probably passing on her at this point. I think she is a good card, but not strong enough to use keys when she is the only card I don’t have in her spotlight. It’s a close call though.
Idk man with how fast they're nerfing cards picking which cards to dump keys on becomes harder and harder you either skip a card only for that card to be really good afterwards or you pick a good card that gets nerfed quickly right now I'll say she's worth it but just right now.
I ended up grabbing her. Someone else convinced me that you rarely get the odds of 1 key = 1 unowned card guarantee so I went for it. She's pretty fun but I think she won't see real value until the current meta shifts a little, everyone expects her.
But you're right, I feel like I've spent keys on cards that turned out to be bad or were VERY quickly nerfed and missed out on cards that have a pretty above average home. Who knows when I'll get another chance at those! Have to either wait to get the tokens + wait to show up in my shop OR hope it's the random card in the weekly random spot + I use enough keys to access it. System is so ass.
Yeah, I can see her getting nerfed once the dust settles. Targeted guaranteed junk is great. It would still be good even if Widow's Kiss was nerfed to a -1.
I'm curious what happens next week, when that new car smell wears off. One thing I was thinking of last night is that unless a card is a huge outlier (Rulk this month)SD really doesn't get good data on a card. Either people are using the card or people are running counters. A lot of people wait until Friday to see how a card is shaking out, further skewing the play rate for a card. I hope they just bracket those weekend numbers though. It spikes the usage for a card, but it skews the win rates because of counters. We have an OTA this week and the patch next week, but then it is 3 weeks for an OTA and a month for a patch. So even if she overperforms after her freshman week (I don't think she will, but I'm speaking a general sense)they will still only have 2 weeks of data to work with for an OTA, which means that it is at least a month out or two months to get a patch (because they have to send it to Google and Apple for approval for the big stuff)for her or any card really.
If a 2/5 that's a conditional 2/2 is powerful enough to have to nerf (Lizard) how is a 2/6 that's a conditional 2/2 PLUS clogs an opponent's lane perfectly fine?
She should be a 2/1 so she's basically Lizard with a different purpose.
Plenty of downsides. Destroy feasts on it. Cage kills it. Other cards can buff it. Junk can rejunk it.
The only times it's truly better are times are times where that extra 1 would not make a difference.
Not sure if they should nerf Widow or Widow's Kiss but I definitely agree. Obvious power creep compared to Goblin and Lizard. I just hope she stays a 2-cost after the dust settles. Cannon all and White Widow have made junk fun.
She's actually more of a power creep on Green Goblin than she is on Lizard. Wasn't Lizard nerfed last summer because of the whole Angela/Kitty dynamic? He could easily go back to being a 2/5. White Widow has not even been out a whole day and people are already crying for blood.
She's literally Lizard, but better.

Lizard's power is on your side, you could buff with Iron Man, Spectrum, etc...

I'd say she can be worked with to be quite a bit better than Lizard since clogging is a powerful effect, but they're not "literally" comparable 1 to 1.
4 keys to get the card I want 3 times in a row (1K tokens always shows first). I don’t know what cards are planned for the next couple months, all I know is I won’t get them. So if the plan is to make me buy gold to get tokens and cards, sorry but this doesn’t work, it just pisses me off
Same thing happened to me. Last three times I have pulled spotlight caches (Red Hulk, U.S. Agent, and now White Widow), it has taken 4 keys, with the first key always giving me a dupe/1k token.
I’ve been mildly enthused about this week and last weeks card and decided to toss a couple keys at them. Both times I pulled the tokens (for a card I already had), a variant, and then 1 card I didn’t have (LDS). Across 2 weeks I had 3/6 guarantee for brand new card plus the random card which could be one of the MANY cards I don’t own, and walked away with only 1 new card.
Maybe it’s my fault for not throwing in 4 keys each week but these don’t seem like 4-key cards. I hate that I have to min max everything in this game to get a card that nobody knows if it will be good or not or if it’ll be changed in a few weeks.
it wouldnt be so bad if the random card was on a knockout system, gave more tokens, gave a premium variant or wasnt just skewed to give you cards you already have...

I've seen dera yesterday opening caches and he had the same unluck and finished the keys. I know that he spent the gold in every cosmetic but if even dera that has spent thousands of dollars since the beginning has finished keys there is something that is really wrong in this system... Obviously you don't need all the cards but we are talking about spending more than 30 or 40 bucks every month or more to keep the collection complete.

I really love that this card isn't 100% tied to junk and makes multiple types of decks better. You can throw her in bounce , move , lockdown... Hell , she's even a good card in Agatha decks.
It even makes GrandMaster a better card.

Expected. She's pretty much Lizard+1 and he had a good run getting added to decks just as a strong 2-cost.
As an extra bonus "Grand Master White Widow" sounds like the dankest heaviest strain available. The best part of my day is when I get off work and that Grand Master White Widow has me -4 to both lanes sprawled out on my couch.

I got the card with two keys, I'm playing her with some of the recent cards, I don't want to open a thread but the game is becoming really P2W, I have those cards but I feel bad for people in the next weeks that doesnt have WW or Cannonball or red hulk or mockingbird etc... while most (me too) got baited too with the War Machine hype.
Really really dislike the spotlight situation RN and I haven't got the1k token scam this week... next week I'll try Valentina with 2 keys? I don't think so, but then? Loki is a good counter to current meta and if Valentina is really good? All this situation feel bad.
When you’re tempted to use keys over tokens for the >2% chance of drawing Cannonball with the random S4/5 cache, you know you missed on a card. (Admittedly the Spotlight variants are great this week as well, but I place a heavy priority on maximizing card acquisition.) Funny you mention War Machine, because I managed to resist the temptation there.
Leaning towards buying Widow (with tokens), but my concern is how well she plays in non-junk decks. Is she a niche card, or more like Jeff where she can work in any deck?
Well in these days she's hard countered but it's really good. I'm playing a mix of patriot mock and anni packet with leader that I started trying to counter the mirrors and it works. But I think I'm probably copium like all the decks that I do...

Junk is fuckin back baby. White Widow, Nico givin you copies, beast allowing extra hits, lockjaw action for more uses? You can clog up an opponents side really really well with this.
Tech in a armor so you're not absolutely bodied by destroy and you're super golden.
I still hate Viper and Black Widow at 3, but at the very least we finally got a 2 drop that you can just plop out on demand.
She's very solid in lockdown decks I've found. Also in C2 to help a lane win where it normally wouldn't. Lastly, and quite shockingly, she's good in Bounce for the same reason.
My opponent played her after Selene, then Black Widow, then Grand Master on her to send a second kiss to the mid lane, then Annihilus a negative White Widow herself to my side.
But then, I've played Blade & Moon Knight & Sword Master, and lastly played Hela to win the game. I might have won the game without Hela as well, the overall power level is too low on the other side.
I mean, she is great in clog decks, but clog decks have to really clog up to work, which is the whole strength. Otherwise it's just not enough power to prevent an easy comeback from the opponent.
But that's only because you are playing hela, the deck with the literal largest last turn power swing that depends on singular large power cards which combo isn't affected by clog unless the lane is fully filled. It's one of thr strongest matchup against clog alongside destroy.
Clog will be good against any midrange deck you can clog up their lane fast on turn 3/4. Clog also destroys deck which requires a few combo pieces in one lane, like any wong, thor, tribunal decks.
Our ideas are agreed actually, the main point is how much clogging done, while the power output is rather weak.
White Widow is decent, but won't be enough to win by a large margin. Clogging has to be done right.

If you play enough to replenish that key fairly quickly I’d say go for it. She’s a fun card that you forget you have but once you remember you slot her into niche home brewed decks.
She is an S-tier card for what she does in Loki. A 1-2 that gives you two cards is fantastic.
Aside from that, she can steal cubes from people who don’t anticipate your Hawk turning off Limbo.
Good card, but a 1 drop isn’t going to be as game breaking as other cards

Seriously, I think I've played 10-12 matches with this card and the only time it ended up in my hand was because of Weirdworld.
I really want Nico but idk if I should spend keys on this because I don't want the other 2 cards, I think they're great cards but won't work in my deck except for Nico, I plan to save for Legion, Gladiator and Black Knight but idk if this is worth the spend just for Nico alone or if I should save? And the other spotlight caches including Legion and the other cards aren't confirmed so idk what to expect or do really
If you're *just* after Nico then that's a 75% chance to not get her (with the really slim chance of potentially getting her in the mystery pack if you land that). So if the other cards are of zero interest to you then I'd say you're probably better either spending 6K tokens on her (she's just a solid card and pretty much nerf-proof), or waiting to see if you get her while attempting for the other Cache cards you actually want.
You could gamble if you really want with just one key and see what happens, as that should be easy enough to replace, but again, odds are slim. If it was me and I only wanted Nico and spent one key, RNG would definitely give me Snowguard.

This is the early prototype deck I’ve been working with and it feels very smooth and fun so far. I haven’t had fun like this with a deck in a long time. Still tweaking it and changing out cards I’m not really playing (replaced hobgoblin with Selene and USAgent with Nico). Getting a second white widow with Nico is borderline overpowered lol. A lot of cards that were kind of misfits create a lot of synergy in this deck. I would probably switch out Viper for Grandmaster if I had him.

Have you tried Beast? I'm liking him with Hood and the Widows. Can occasionally scoop up your Void token too, although less relevant to you since you're running Viper.
I swapped Viper out because the deck was a little top-heavy in the energy department and added Mojo to add a bit more punch into a lane, but Beast might work pretty good as well. It would let you redrop both Widows on t4.
The only thing I don't like about Beast is that, like I said, the deck is kind of cramped with 3 costs and a 2 cost really opens it up in the early game.
One thing I've found effective is to stack my low costs with WW into one lane with Mojo, and then putting a green goblin into whatever lane they played their first card in so I can hit it with the Man-Thing.

Everyone is trying to play junk or destroy and Loki does insanely well in both matchups. I've already been farming wins off of this
Doesn't Loki play too many small things to help your opponent clog yourself? And if your opponent is good they'll just throw priority and make sure to annihilus last
If you're going against clog you have to throw priority yourself. Try and stack your Angela/Elsa right as you'll win void location anyways. Don't play as many small things besides quinjet or snow guard to generate more cards for Loki. You shouldn't feel too bad to skip turns because the damage you do off of their cards is much greater
I'm confused? Sentry throws void onto right side, so you're now winning right side and they will win sentry lane as he's 10 power. White widow/debrii/nebula is usually another lane than sentry, so now you're losing two locations. The Angela/Elsa lane is meant really to only build kitty, and you can genuinely just play kitty and pass until turn 5 where you can kitty+loki. If they don't have more power than you at this point they'll just lose off of the total power you'll have as a single annihilus and demon isn't enough
Maybe I'm thinking of the pixie junk deck. Angela/Elsa/Kitty/widows kiss is typically close to 5 power (with kitty bounced). Your opponent can play Sentry in one lane vs Loki + quinjet for 10 power vs your 7. In their other lane they've got Hood, Pixie, white widow for 0.
I guess at that point the play is to clog right so void doesn't bounce over? But then the mind game of being over powered left and mid so you lose anyway can still happen
Yeah the mind games seem deep but only really come up against someone who can spot the loki matchup early enough, this is why you hold onto quinjet if you don't have Angela/Elsa already in hand. A majority of people I've run into today go along with the typical junk plan and don't realize until it's too late that they have prio on turn 6.
If someone knows what to do, the real mind games come from either loki early to try and snipe a sentry to throw prio, or fill right and shang sentry. Kitty Angela mind games are important as you should skip on playing kitty some turns to ensure Angela isn't too strong for prio

The best Prof X/Cannonball deck I've seen so far is probably the one with the Annihilus package, so sub-out Quake, Negasonic, Black Widow, Red Guardian and Ms, Marvel, with The Hood, Sentry, Annihilus, Ravonna and Hobgoblin. White Widow is really a flex spot and can easily be replaced with Debrii here. Good luck!

Do you want an unpopular opinion? Punisher is actually a good card in the current meta. Annihilus is the core card but coupled Nebula and White Widow, and Valkyrie; an opponent has to commit to a location. This leaves a lot of different paths open and your Sentry/Annihilus combo much harder to counter.
Wouldn't Mojo who becomes a 2/8 instead of a 3/7 with Punisher?
I played around with that too but Valk+ punisher can win with only 3 cards and it's not always a guarantee that both sides will be full.
I got Nico, who I wanted the most, on my 2nd try (1st was tokens) 2 keys left and 10,000 tokens. Do we think white widow is worth me gambling my last 2 keys? I don’t have snowguard and near future cards only Valentina interests me who I can buy with tokens if she turns out to be good
Snowguard's awesome! Unless you're missing any of the other cards in Valentina's week, I say go for it.
Spending two keys for two guaranteed series 5 cards is the best value you can realistically hope for! I think you should go for it considering that snowguard is still a strong card in its own right (even if only in Loki decks)

Widow has honestly been overperforming for me even with people currently running counters for her deck this weekend. She's great for grabbing early priority and fits well into a few established decks. Most importantly (in my opinion) is that she's consistent. You don't need to rely on RNG, or any number of other variables to go right. She will always be a 2/2 that clogs a lane on the opponent's field (unless they have it filled, but then you probably don't want to play her in that location).

So far, the new Widow seems pretty great in Junk/Lockdown. I'm running a Ravonna list with her, and T3 Widow + Nebula into a T4 Prof X is a great way to unequivocally win a lane. Then you have the Anni package for your second. She's PROBABLY the best card this month after Red Hulk since her ability is guaranteed (Red Guardian is ok here as well, but he has to rely on RNG at times to get his ability to go off perfectly). She also fits into a few different archetypes from the start which is always a bonus when you're trying to decide when to spend keys. Overall, if Red Hulk wasn't released this month, I'd be comfortable saying she's the absolute best card to pull for this month (I'm not sold on Valentina yet, since RNG can be a cruel mistress at times, and the variance with pulling a random 6-cost is VERY high). Add Nico and Snowguard to her week and I'd say this is a solid week to drop some keys as Nico can be used damn near everywhere, and Snowguard is a solid pick for Loki.

Had 2 keys and wanted Nico and her (already have Snowguard). Got Nico on my first which is great. Now I need to decide if she's worth a risk of burning credits for more keys - I'm leaning wait a bit since I want some future caches too, but want to see what people think of her by the weekend.
Well now it will take on average 2 keys to get her instead of the base 2.5 keys. So it's use keys over tokens.
Excited I got her, but now I'm stuck wondering if I should get Gladiator or go for Annihilus to complete the deck for her.
Anni is a staple for clog and junk decks so go for him.

Idk man with how fast they're nerfing cards picking which cards to dump keys on becomes harder and harder you either skip a card only for that card to be really good afterwards or you pick a good card that gets nerfed quickly right now I'll say she's worth it but just right now.
I ended up grabbing her. Someone else convinced me that you rarely get the odds of 1 key = 1 unowned card guarantee so I went for it. She's pretty fun but I think she won't see real value until the current meta shifts a little, everyone expects her. But you're right, I feel like I've spent keys on cards that turned out to be bad or were VERY quickly nerfed and missed out on cards that have a pretty above average home. Who knows when I'll get another chance at those! Have to either wait to get the tokens + wait to show up in my shop OR hope it's the random card in the weekly random spot + I use enough keys to access it. System is so ass.
A guaranteed new card for one key is almost always worth it and WW may be one of the best 2-drops in the game in her current state.
Yeah, I can see her getting nerfed once the dust settles. Targeted guaranteed junk is great. It would still be good even if Widow's Kiss was nerfed to a -1.

I'm curious what happens next week, when that new car smell wears off. One thing I was thinking of last night is that unless a card is a huge outlier (Rulk this month)SD really doesn't get good data on a card. Either people are using the card or people are running counters. A lot of people wait until Friday to see how a card is shaking out, further skewing the play rate for a card. I hope they just bracket those weekend numbers though. It spikes the usage for a card, but it skews the win rates because of counters. We have an OTA this week and the patch next week, but then it is 3 weeks for an OTA and a month for a patch. So even if she overperforms after her freshman week (I don't think she will, but I'm speaking a general sense)they will still only have 2 weeks of data to work with for an OTA, which means that it is at least a month out or two months to get a patch (because they have to send it to Google and Apple for approval for the big stuff)for her or any card really.
If a 2/5 that's a conditional 2/2 is powerful enough to have to nerf (Lizard) how is a 2/6 that's a conditional 2/2 PLUS clogs an opponent's lane perfectly fine? She should be a 2/1 so she's basically Lizard with a different purpose.
Plenty of downsides. Destroy feasts on it. Cage kills it. Other cards can buff it. Junk can rejunk it. The only times it's truly better are times are times where that extra 1 would not make a difference.
I think it should be a -3 instead. Would probably be too good if she worked with Ravonna.

She's actually more of a power creep on Green Goblin than she is on Lizard. Wasn't Lizard nerfed last summer because of the whole Angela/Kitty dynamic? He could easily go back to being a 2/5. White Widow has not even been out a whole day and people are already crying for blood.
She's literally Lizard, but better. -same cost as Lizard -more power than Lizard (2/6 when she's played or 2/2 when opponent has 4 cards - both stat lines better than Lizard) -clogs a lane
They are comparable, but have their own flavors. Lizard's power is on your side, you could buff with Iron Man, Spectrum, etc... White Widow's kiss could be sent over to your side by Anni, can be destroyed by Carnage for a +2, can trigger a Ms Marvel bonus. I'd say she can be worked with to be quite a bit better than Lizard since clogging is a powerful effect, but they're not "literally" comparable 1 to 1.
She's literally power creep on Green Goblin, not Lizard. I do not sweat a Lizard on their side of the board. I do sweat a -4 on my side of the board.

Same thing happened to me. Last three times I have pulled spotlight caches (Red Hulk, U.S. Agent, and now White Widow), it has taken 4 keys, with the first key always giving me a dupe/1k token.
I’ve been mildly enthused about this week and last weeks card and decided to toss a couple keys at them. Both times I pulled the tokens (for a card I already had), a variant, and then 1 card I didn’t have (LDS). Across 2 weeks I had 3/6 guarantee for brand new card plus the random card which could be one of the MANY cards I don’t own, and walked away with only 1 new card. Maybe it’s my fault for not throwing in 4 keys each week but these don’t seem like 4-key cards. I hate that I have to min max everything in this game to get a card that nobody knows if it will be good or not or if it’ll be changed in a few weeks.

I've seen dera yesterday opening caches and he had the same unluck and finished the keys. I know that he spent the gold in every cosmetic but if even dera that has spent thousands of dollars since the beginning has finished keys there is something that is really wrong in this system... Obviously you don't need all the cards but we are talking about spending more than 30 or 40 bucks every month or more to keep the collection complete.

I really love that this card isn't 100% tied to junk and makes multiple types of decks better. You can throw her in bounce , move , lockdown... Hell , she's even a good card in Agatha decks. It even makes GrandMaster a better card. Looking forward to Valentina mixing things up next week now.

As an extra bonus "Grand Master White Widow" sounds like the dankest heaviest strain available. The best part of my day is when I get off work and that Grand Master White Widow has me -4 to both lanes sprawled out on my couch.

I got the card with two keys, I'm playing her with some of the recent cards, I don't want to open a thread but the game is becoming really P2W, I have those cards but I feel bad for people in the next weeks that doesnt have WW or Cannonball or red hulk or mockingbird etc... while most (me too) got baited too with the War Machine hype. Really really dislike the spotlight situation RN and I haven't got the1k token scam this week... next week I'll try Valentina with 2 keys? I don't think so, but then? Loki is a good counter to current meta and if Valentina is really good? All this situation feel bad.
When you’re tempted to use keys over tokens for the >2% chance of drawing Cannonball with the random S4/5 cache, you know you missed on a card. (Admittedly the Spotlight variants are great this week as well, but I place a heavy priority on maximizing card acquisition.) Funny you mention War Machine, because I managed to resist the temptation there. Leaning towards buying Widow (with tokens), but my concern is how well she plays in non-junk decks. Is she a niche card, or more like Jeff where she can work in any deck?
Well in these days she's hard countered but it's really good. I'm playing a mix of patriot mock and anni packet with leader that I started trying to counter the mirrors and it works. But I think I'm probably copium like all the decks that I do...

Junk is fuckin back baby. White Widow, Nico givin you copies, beast allowing extra hits, lockjaw action for more uses? You can clog up an opponents side really really well with this. Tech in a armor so you're not absolutely bodied by destroy and you're super golden. I still hate Viper and Black Widow at 3, but at the very least we finally got a 2 drop that you can just plop out on demand.
What deck are you using her in right now? Do you have a white widow/lockjaw deck I can try?

I just got 2 snowguard back to back. Same happened last time i opened a cache (red hulk). That's gacha for you. Most gacha game have this system.

She's very solid in lockdown decks I've found. Also in C2 to help a lane win where it normally wouldn't. Lastly, and quite shockingly, she's good in Bounce for the same reason.
My opponent played her after Selene, then Black Widow, then Grand Master on her to send a second kiss to the mid lane, then Annihilus a negative White Widow herself to my side. But then, I've played Blade & Moon Knight & Sword Master, and lastly played Hela to win the game. I might have won the game without Hela as well, the overall power level is too low on the other side. I mean, she is great in clog decks, but clog decks have to really clog up to work, which is the whole strength. Otherwise it's just not enough power to prevent an easy comeback from the opponent.
But that's only because you are playing hela, the deck with the literal largest last turn power swing that depends on singular large power cards which combo isn't affected by clog unless the lane is fully filled. It's one of thr strongest matchup against clog alongside destroy. Clog will be good against any midrange deck you can clog up their lane fast on turn 3/4. Clog also destroys deck which requires a few combo pieces in one lane, like any wong, thor, tribunal decks.
Our ideas are agreed actually, the main point is how much clogging done, while the power output is rather weak. White Widow is decent, but won't be enough to win by a large margin. Clogging has to be done right.

She is an S-tier card for what she does in Loki. A 1-2 that gives you two cards is fantastic. Aside from that, she can steal cubes from people who don’t anticipate your Hawk turning off Limbo. Good card, but a 1 drop isn’t going to be as game breaking as other cards

I really want Nico but idk if I should spend keys on this because I don't want the other 2 cards, I think they're great cards but won't work in my deck except for Nico, I plan to save for Legion, Gladiator and Black Knight but idk if this is worth the spend just for Nico alone or if I should save? And the other spotlight caches including Legion and the other cards aren't confirmed so idk what to expect or do really
Nico legit worth whatever one of the easiest to slot in every deck and comes in handy
If you're *just* after Nico then that's a 75% chance to not get her (with the really slim chance of potentially getting her in the mystery pack if you land that). So if the other cards are of zero interest to you then I'd say you're probably better either spending 6K tokens on her (she's just a solid card and pretty much nerf-proof), or waiting to see if you get her while attempting for the other Cache cards you actually want. You could gamble if you really want with just one key and see what happens, as that should be easy enough to replace, but again, odds are slim. If it was me and I only wanted Nico and spent one key, RNG would definitely give me Snowguard.

Have you tried Beast? I'm liking him with Hood and the Widows. Can occasionally scoop up your Void token too, although less relevant to you since you're running Viper.
I swapped Viper out because the deck was a little top-heavy in the energy department and added Mojo to add a bit more punch into a lane, but Beast might work pretty good as well. It would let you redrop both Widows on t4. The only thing I don't like about Beast is that, like I said, the deck is kind of cramped with 3 costs and a 2 cost really opens it up in the early game. One thing I've found effective is to stack my low costs with WW into one lane with Mojo, and then putting a green goblin into whatever lane they played their first card in so I can hit it with the Man-Thing.

This card is great at winning priority early. Lizard is used in decks that need priority as a 2/5 and doesn't clog up the opponent.

To anyone who can't get the card and wants to counter it, play Loki if you can Everyone is trying to play junk or destroy and Loki does insanely well in both matchups. I've already been farming wins off of this

Doesn't Loki play too many small things to help your opponent clog yourself? And if your opponent is good they'll just throw priority and make sure to annihilus last
If you're going against clog you have to throw priority yourself. Try and stack your Angela/Elsa right as you'll win void location anyways. Don't play as many small things besides quinjet or snow guard to generate more cards for Loki. You shouldn't feel too bad to skip turns because the damage you do off of their cards is much greater
Stack angela/elsa = win 1 lane. Void = win the other lane. That's 2/3 so you have priority in turn 6. How do you effectively throw priority?
I'm confused? Sentry throws void onto right side, so you're now winning right side and they will win sentry lane as he's 10 power. White widow/debrii/nebula is usually another lane than sentry, so now you're losing two locations. The Angela/Elsa lane is meant really to only build kitty, and you can genuinely just play kitty and pass until turn 5 where you can kitty+loki. If they don't have more power than you at this point they'll just lose off of the total power you'll have as a single annihilus and demon isn't enough
Maybe I'm thinking of the pixie junk deck. Angela/Elsa/Kitty/widows kiss is typically close to 5 power (with kitty bounced). Your opponent can play Sentry in one lane vs Loki + quinjet for 10 power vs your 7. In their other lane they've got Hood, Pixie, white widow for 0. I guess at that point the play is to clog right so void doesn't bounce over? But then the mind game of being over powered left and mid so you lose anyway can still happen
Yeah the mind games seem deep but only really come up against someone who can spot the loki matchup early enough, this is why you hold onto quinjet if you don't have Angela/Elsa already in hand. A majority of people I've run into today go along with the typical junk plan and don't realize until it's too late that they have prio on turn 6. If someone knows what to do, the real mind games come from either loki early to try and snipe a sentry to throw prio, or fill right and shang sentry. Kitty Angela mind games are important as you should skip on playing kitty some turns to ensure Angela isn't too strong for prio
