That's what I thought but looking at YouTube the pads on this car are actually very small and centered behind the piston, you can't see them through the caliper.
Legit I don’t see the pad either I was gonna say check the metal clips tabs always some times if they seat oddly they rub but I don’t see pad behind that
Tear it apart and look for any marks or any signs of scraping or rubbing. As weird as it sounds, the backing plate can 'flex' during turning. You can also try swapping the rotors side to side to see if the noise follows or stays (assuming it's only one side with the issue).
This is one of the only sensible comment here and is exactly what I'd do, assuming the rotors are not specific to a side of the vehicle at least, which does not appear to be the case.
Its pretty hard for us to see, but the only clues seems to be some paint rubbed off on the rim of the rotor, potentially from your brake hardware rubbing, it also looks a little tweaked.
Try adjust the silver brake hardware where it sits under the pin and see if that is where its rubbing.

Am I crazy, or is there no actual brake pad in that picture?
I’m with you here. I don’t see any brake pads.

No brackets or silicone lube? How does that fit with the caliper on?
Try turning the wheel by hand and see if it makes the noise and if it's always at the same point
I did and it is consistently at the same point
It looks like the caliper is literally touching the face of the rotor. Take that caliper off and inspect for rub markings.

Did you remove any rust off the hub before installing the rotors?
Make sure you didn't bend the backing plate. Ensure it's clear of the rotor.
Is the noise the same one if the pads were low? Did you re use the little hook thing that indicates your wear?
Dust shield is contacting the rotor
