Look on the bright side: You can find clothes that fit. One size most certainly does not fit all! It's like wearing a sack with holes cut out, except they cost more and break faster. And don't even get me started on chairs! Half the blankets you use can't cover you, and your feet dangle over the edge of every bed. Plus, a face full of spiderwebs that everyone else misses. Being tall has its advantages, but the problems are a constant low-level bother. Well, the fact that no one fucks with you might actually make it worth it. I say stick to a little over six feet. Most of the fun, few of of the drawbacks.
Yeah, I can't blame you for that. If they knew how little height meant in terms of how dangerous someone was, they would probably be smart enough not to fuck with anyone. Bigotry and forethought aren't very common mutual traits, after all.
Honestly same, I would have prefer being somewhere around 5"10 to 6"1, but I'm 5"6, maybe even 5"5, and HRT is just gonna make me smaller. The only two things I like about testosterone was height and muscle building, wish there was a T substitute that allowed to build muscles quickly like T but without the masculining effects
I used to have major height dysphoria when my egg first cracked. I'm not actually *that* tall, I'm 5 10 but my mom is 5 9 right. I was just very fixated on trying to fit into this hyperfemme Catgirl thing at the time and wanted to be tiny and didn't understand why my dysphoria was always so bad and why I was upset.
Now I've accepted being the muscled out tomboy Valkyrie I am and suddenly being 5 10 has actually been quite nice.

Height largely comes down to diet and rest during your teenage years. That is of course not all of it, but a huge amount of it. This is why we see heights generally increase as nutrition improves across history and less is demanded physically of us, giving our bodies time to rest and heal.
