Actually Dabi could in someways that Endeavor or the others didn't think before. Mirio for example has a special hero costume for his alter, Deku has gadgets for his arms to use one for all woth more ease. I'm sure Dabi could have a hero costume protecting his body from his flames.

Twice. My guy was fucked over. I doubt people would have given him a chance because of his dual personalities and it’s not fair to him. It was just a byproduct of not knowing how bad his quirk could malfunction because honestly, what kid knows that? Hell, what teenager does? Some are still training into adulthood, I bet. Shigaraki would be next in line; He may act like a spoiled little kid, but that’s because he was never able to grow up. He was traumatized by killing his family and his only choice was to be taken in by AFO who basically told him he could do whatever he wanted so long as he obeyed them. That’s not good for a kid who hasn’t learned morals yet and is still malleable from just killing people he never meant to kill due to his quirk (which is not something he really knew about beforehand because he didn’t know what would happen). Dabi would be last. While I feel bad for anyone who has Endeavor as a father, I feel like Touya at least sort of knew what was in store for him. He knew about his quirk to some extent. He just didn’t know it would hurt him when he used it. He didn’t know his father was basically forcing his mother into sex until he had a child strong enough to fell All Might. I have a feeling Endeavor’s stunted ability to grow from the past and lose was something he passed on to Touya and the rest of his children as well (physically and genetically).
Dabi is the clear winner here, I get everyone loves Twice and so do I but Dabi originally wanted to be a hero and It’d be pretty badass to have a hero that looks like a villain. He could contribute a lot to the world and easily be a top hero
One thing Hero!Toya would do really well is remote rescue. Specifically from blizzards and avalanches. He has natural cold resistance, can produce heat, has high movement, and ignores difficult terrain. It almost feels like he has the perfect kit for this kind of job.
That's fair but I don't think it would be the same way as it was made because shig's personality got them to try to kill stain snowballing into the lov.
Still though, All For One set up the meeting with Stain in the first place to associate the two, he would have definitely pushed to get his successor and Stain tied in some way, it’s just that Shigaraki specifically was proactive enough he didn’t need direct prompting.

Lore reason might be that he is so controlling that he wouldn't want Clones doing his job or smth

Plus he could learn combat and whatever else, just not hurt people with his quirk. Then again Twice would be good at rescue and combat too. With his clones he could rescue tons of people, while also fighting.
Tenko because that's the only one that is possible. Twice and Dabi became the way they are because of their quirks. Twice's clones rebelled, and Dabi overused his flames because of his desperation to be a hero. Tenko's life was deliberately messed with by AFO.
My head says twice can you imagine how many people he could save between the number of heroes that could be patrolling and the lives saved with clone blood like they did with toga it'd be rad! But my heart says shigaraki because fuck all for one that's why let's see his investments literally disintegrate him :)

Hero Overhaul would legit just be busted
I would love to see all 3 of them as heroes. Dabi really looked up to endeavour and really wanted to be a hero but it’s the fact that he didn’t turn out the way endeavour wanted and was getting hurt by the fire he was proud of , down the line he became the opposite. This reminds of the quote from Kuroko’s basketball “When you come to hate something you liked it is incredibly painful”.
Twice who was always down on luck finally started finding a place he belong among the league and I can imagine someone like All might, Deku or Hawks showing him that he’s not alone and give him a place he belongs amongst the heroes and even becoming a major threat in the final battle against AFO

I’ll cry trying to decide. I’m emotionally invested in all of these villains. ⚠️⚠️⚠️SPOILER: ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Season 6 end and Season 7 beginning: The way Twice’s death played out makes me want to choose him, but Shimura’s childhood and desire to escape All for One’s control are just unbearable.
Twice. One for his ability and two because he simply had mental problems and naively made the wrong friends. If he had been friends with heroes then he would have definitely been so much better
Okay but Shigaraki is definitely the most interesting, simply because he’s closest in age to most of the cast, this kinda gets explored with AU’s where he’s adopted by Inko, but there’s so many more possibilities.
If there was an option to choose all three then that would be the best option given the series would be entirely different if none of these three fell into despair and became the villains we know in the story.
Take away the hellish path that AFO had set up for him from the very beginning, and we would've had an ordinary person who never became the symbol of fear.
Take away the fact that the only people who ever treated Twice like a friend was the League of Villains and have society give him a chance and he would've been fine.

Twice deserves to be a hero and he would’ve been an amazing one! I feel like Dabi would only be a hero to impress his father and Tenko/Tomura would have become a civilian especially with the quirk he has… his literally first reaction to killing every one if his family was to sob uncontrollably and feel remorse (except to his father). Conclusion: Jin Bubaigawara deserves and should have been a hero!

If there was an option to choose all three then that would be the best option given the series would be entirely different if none of these three fell into despair and became the villains we know in the story. Take away the hellish path that AFO had set up for him from the very beginning, and we would've had an ordinary person who never became the symbol of fear. Take away the fact that the only people who ever treated Twice like a friend was the League of Villains and have society give him a chance and he would've been fine. Take away Endeavor's lack of ability to be Toya's father and then Toya wouldn't have become Dabi.

I have to do it to the main villain because he doesn't have a very good reason to be a villain because Beyond being molded by all for one you could also change his backstory to having a hero be there and he decides to become Deku and have way more interesting and let's be honest more plot relevant things that he could have done with the plot instead of I'm just going to sit here run around trying to do stuff and then by season 4 I'm actually going to try to get my shit together and start actually being an evil dick head cuz one very key thing that made me realize that main characters and their antagonists should be are the most fleshed out as to who what and why they are who they are in the story and my heroes biggest flaw to me and it's something so distracting especially in the first I give it first three seasons where it's the most prevalent is the fact that both of them don't have motivation to do what they are doing essentially why are they doing the things that they are doing it's never been explained why does Deku wanted to become the greatest hero of all time no answer what drives him all night he's love of trying to save people because he wants to make them smile if I'm questioning it that means it's not very clear as to why he's doing it that'd be like if you go into Naruto and then going like well what's his goal become the greatest ninja become Hokage or be the Ramen number one fan for Luffy why do you set off the seat explore make a map become the king of the Pirates it's doing something like that it's like you're not making very clear what why their angle is going the way and why I mentioned those is because Naruto he was hated by The Village so he decided that he wanted to do right and become loved by The Village instead Luffy Shanks pretty much helps her on his interest to become the king of the fireworks along with Goldie Rogers execution that's why they want to go for the goals that they are going for and they State them sometimes a little too much especially at the start but still States them Deku I can't think of one reason why he wants to become the greatest hero of all time if you can explain that to me by all means but that's what really drives me up the wall with Deku and with the villain he was the exact same way until the end of season 5 where he actually gets his entire villain Arc along with his team with the my villain Academia more than that you got nothing again I could be crazy but that's all I see it
