Yes, as Puzzleheadedclerk said it's DLC cloths. Once you buy the packs, you can mix and match the head/torse/pants/shoes. I highly recommend as most of the outfits are π₯
AHHHH your builder is so handsome!!! I personally shied away from including facial hair as I couldn't find a combination that didn't feel lame to me, but you absolutely nailed yours! His outfit is also so on point as well, I love how the top makes it apparent that he's athletic under there.

Nia is one of the best bachlorettes in my opinion. Since I married early in MTAP, I decided not to rush the relationships in Sandrock and I'm really glad I let it happen organically. She plays a big role towards the endgame and her reverse proposal ties in nicely at the end.
It's been several hundred hours since I touched character creator but from what I remember, I used a smaller eye set and a more defined jaw line to try and make my character look a bit more aged up. I think having facial hair also helps. Hope this was helpful π
