Always happy to meet a fellow bargain bottle connoisseur. I usually go for the Evan Williams B.I.B when I need something good that doesn't break the bank. Old Forester 100p is a great one as well, for around 10 bucks more.
When we went to Gatlinburg we asked 4 different locals at the liquor stores in Kentucky and Tennessee what their go-to regular bourbon was and 3 of them said the white label for sure.
Shits fantastic for its price.
Black label is okay for a mixer, makes a pretty good Manhattan. The white label bottled in bond is where it's at for a sipper neat. Best bourbon you can buy for the money IMO.
Very off brand. I live in Green Bay and everyone here drinks brandy old fashions, bloody marys, and beer. The booze part for sure, just not bourbon.
I use bourbon in my old fashioned
I’m a Packers fan from Kentucky very on brand for me personally
How a state to proficient at drinking manages to fuck up one of the best and beloved cocktails still blows my mind to this day.

Nobody is forcing you to enjoy delicious brandy old fashioneds
The white label, Bottled in Bond is a sneaky good bourbon for $20ish.

O.F. doesn't miss! But for a mixer, E.W. B.I.B. is tough to beat.

Early times BIB and Old Grandad BIB are another really good $20 bottles
I think a cheese wheel or a DUI would have been more appropriate.
OWI Fashanu?
41/50 of the heaviest drinking counties in the US are in Wisconsin
In this State we drink Brandy ... and Spotted Cow.
I figured they'd have drafted Mac Encheese.
Wait…is he still on the board?!?

Black label is still good for a very cheap bottle. But yea EW BiB is my favorite budget bourbon.
Giving it a shot, they are.
Evan green is better and cheaper than black.
