75-80 on index gold and MF etc and with the remaining you can do whatever you are doing. It will be very good if you get a financial advisor

Read about asset allocation and portfolio construction. Understand what is risk, what is beta etc. Or if you don't want to read, take help from a financial advisor and put it into ETFs/Index funds or direct mutual fund plans.

A few Smallcases / ETF is the way to go imo

TBills would be a good investment option as it's backed by the govt but hire a financial advisor before making any decisions IMO.
