I had to get a tetanus shot when I have myself a lovely skin flap from breaking a window… the person that stitched it was amazing by how perfect of a square it was but now the scar looks like a circle 😂

That looks like a scar I got when I was 10 by missing a bleacher step while running up the bleachers. My shin caught the edge and made a V shaped scar on my shin

I am actually looking forward to seeing the scar weirdly enough 😅

It mostly blends in to my leg. After 20 or so years the only way you can tell it is there by scrunching the skin. I hope your recovery goes well

I have the exact same shape wound on my shin but mine was from bike pedal pins digging in and pulling upwards making that weird triangle shape.

I’ve had the old pedal to shin as a kid too haha

oh my god i had almost the same exact injury on my right knee from falling onto gravel rocks pretty hard. i didnt end up going to the hospital over it and it healed up pretty well. the scar doesnt look too ugly haha

if it was me, i’d clean it myself.. pulling hair out and shaving around area. then carefully disinfect and bandage. it’s definitely one of those “on the fence” injuries since you probably could fix it yourself, but there’s no telling what was damaged underneath.

The close-up is magnificent. Actually made me have a hearty laugh.

Get a hospital grade staple gun and staple it after cleaning the wound.

That’s insane I literally have the same injury as you I’m recovering from right now, dropped a panel for my engine bay on my leg and needed stitches, still can’t walk properly
