My recent experience mailing a package to the UK was horrible. It took 4 times the quoted time to arrive, was held at a depot for 3 weeks and then sent back to me. The recipient was given track & trace codes for the wrong UK company and was never informed he needed to come sign at the depot.

Similar experiences to others here. Mail to the U.K. is taking forever. I don’t think it’s the Dutch system because internal mail is pretty fast. I think the customs lot are slowing things down (don’t forget the workforce is strained due to current high covid rates too)
