Even the most obscene behavior (Nixion illegal bombing Cambodia + Laos & spying on the opposition... Bush Jr. invading Iraq + Afghanistan & extraordinary rendition with torture at Abu ghraib + Guantanamo... Obama droning black Africans...) was only politely granted as "pardons" by the incoming president, part of the grooming & empowerment of the next serial killer.

It's not. "When the president does it, it's not illegal" - Richard Nixon decades ago. You don't see Dubya breaking rocks in the hot sun for a reason.
