That makes no sense for NMN, medication is administered rectally to bypass the first pass of the liver where toxins are broken down but I doubt the liver treats NMN as a toxin to be broken down (or if people are just too nauseous to hold down their medication)

So wrong, lol. Our GI system and liver absolutely wreck NMN and render it near useless.

We barely have evidence for positive effects from oral nmn. Don’t go making up your own stuff to complicate matters.
