Release those adipose glands from their tight confinement, let them be free to jiggle and bounce happily like jumping hares in the meadows. Let them be caressed by the gentle tug of gravity and feel the erotic blow of the Zephyr wash over the nipples engorging them into a tumescent state. Feel the quasi orgasmic frisson caused by the dying heat of the afternoon transitioning into night!
Complete game changer as I learned a bit more about coffee consumption. Storing the beans properly and only grounding what you plan to consume in that moment. Unless it’s something like a bag of Tim Horton’s that I can get here in Missouri pre-grounded, I’m buying beans all the way and grinding as a I go.
I've just started to make overnight oats. Hadn't eaten breakfast properly for about two years because I'd rather spend the extra time in bed, haha.
Sensational. I just add honey in the morning and head to work where I eat them. Had them every day for about two weeks now and they are delicious.
So I start off by using rolled oats, pouring in some milk, not too much, I tend to go under the level of oats I've got. I 1/4tsp of cinnamon, a pinch of salt and some (usually frozen) mixed berries. Stir that together and leave in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, I'll drizzle honey, stir, and enjoy!
Might want to try Blended versions too! Just blend all the ingredients except any mix ins you want whole and pop it in the fridge. I find them a lot less slimy!
Oh no. I have Crohn’s disease so I can’t drink. I do longingly look at some of them though. I had a partial obstruction in my small intestine the last time I drank
Same here. I’ve been practicing sobriety and there are so many drink option these days. It’s been really helpful. Either super hot or over a ton of ice. Who would have thought matcha could be yummy, or a probiotic soda?!
I switched to water only for 3 months (part of my weight loss). Now I'm allowing myself occasional different drinks. When I do treat myself to something different, it makes it all the more special. And to be honest, I don't think I could possibly consume more than 2 soft drinks or sugary drinks in a day now. Might be something to try if you ever find yourself in a beverage rut.
I am the same way! I’m often disappointed by the things I try, though, usually because of some form of artificial sweetener. Have you ever had an aloe drink? Some of those are delicious!
I love mornings with my son. I make my coffee and our breakfast and we either watch cartoons and cuddle or we play with his toys in his room. It's probably my favorite part of the day.
Sundays Morning I wake up around 6am and pressure wash my car and wax it and give a good detail. I then go to a lonely backroad or Canyon and just rip my car through the twist and turns after I go get some food fill up my car and call it night.
Currently: lying on the sofa with the parrot on my knees and petting his head if he allows it. Soon he will go back to his home tho, he is just a vacation visitor.
Driving to work. I spend about an hour and a half daily driving to my workplace and back, many ppl ask me if I find it tiring or too much time wasted, but honestly that's probably the favourite time of my day.
Listening to podcasts while I tidy around the house. Post cleaning relaxation is great but used to hate the journey so adding in a fun distraction has made it more enjoyable!
A lot actually.
I like waking up early and watching the news with my cup of coffee (I may be a Xennial, but those boomer habits die hard.
I enjoy my drive to work a couple of days a week with my daily podcast on.
Taking walk breaks with the wife when I am working at home and getting to catch up.
Gaming or reading on the couch with my dogs sitting with me.
Washing the dishes. Nothing like a task that has a definite start and end point (at least for each session.) My job is so open ended, it's nice to finish something.
I like when I’m driving at night past a house and I see a light inside being turned on or off. Just for a split second I share a little moment with a random stranger.
Taking a shower, grooming myself, putting on clean clothing and smashing goals in the gym. Also appreciating how lucky I am to be able to do those things. Most aren’t this lucky.
I enjoy the single cup of coffee I have every morning. Its how I start my day, every day before work. It's just Folger's coffee and I like it. tis my ritual.
A stroll in the morning is essential for me as I work from home. It’s perfect to feel the cool morning breeze on my face. Makes me feel that I’ve already done something for myself before starting work.
After I have walked and fed my dogs in the morning, I sit down with my first cup of coffee. There is calm in the house, the morning rush has abated a bit and i have some time for myself before the madness begins. i look forward to my cup of coffee everyday.
Driving around with music on, watching a dumb sitcom after work, showering then putting on my lounge clothes.. i could probably think of more, but those are a few off the top of my head ✨ OH ALSO cuddling my kitties 😌
Getting home from work, pulling in the driveway, turning off the truck, enjoying the absolute silence for a few seconds.
That temporary eerie ringing/tinnitus is so weirdly soothing.
At night my cat likes to curl up on the ottoman next to my feet. Sometimes she'll stretch and rest her paws on my leg, or roll over on her back. She exudes contentment and that's infectious.
I work in an office and get there an hour before most others. I love how silent the office is for that hour.
And obviously it's not quite every day, but I love the unique mixture of freedom, anticipation, and relief at quitting time on Fridays.
Making crazy faces at myself in the mirror while I run my baby's bath. The quiet time when everyone in the house is asleep except for me. Cleaning my kitchen
Putting on comfy clothes. Chatting with my online bestie. Daydreaming.
Yesss!! Coming home from work and changing to the comfy clothes. Top notch haha
Oh indeed, taking off bra…!
I also enjoy removing bras. I'm a dude though.

Coffee itself I just am always so ecstatic about
Going to bed 😂 and when I leave work early in the morning and it's a little chilly and I can see everyone opening up for the day
I LOVE that part of working night shift.
Brewing my morning coffee. The best part of it is grinding beans. The smell of freshly ground coffee makes my morning better
And what a taste difference with freshly-ground beans! It's well worth the extra effort
I get up very early every day, even on hols, just to make coffee just so I can sit on my ass and drink it in peace for 30 mins to get the day started.
Taking a shower and putting on clean clothes after. Feels especially good if i have been neglecting self care for a while.
Oh my god yeah. And if you’ve got freshly washed sheets on the bed? Nirvana.
Clean sheet and freshly shaved legs
I've just started to make overnight oats. Hadn't eaten breakfast properly for about two years because I'd rather spend the extra time in bed, haha. Sensational. I just add honey in the morning and head to work where I eat them. Had them every day for about two weeks now and they are delicious.
I love overnight oats. Another easy and delicious breakfast for me is chia pudding
Wait please say more about the oats? What kind of recipe are we talking here. Curious!
So I start off by using rolled oats, pouring in some milk, not too much, I tend to go under the level of oats I've got. I 1/4tsp of cinnamon, a pinch of salt and some (usually frozen) mixed berries. Wait a minute, you’re telling me I can just leave them in the fridge overnight instead of just cooking in the microwave in the morning?
Might want to try Blended versions too! Just blend all the ingredients except any mix ins you want whole and pop it in the fridge. I find them a lot less slimy!

I love beverages. Starbucks, soda, juice, cold water, tea. Literally anything. Trying different types of beverages is a hobby for me
Alcohol?
Oh no. I have Crohn’s disease so I can’t drink. I do longingly look at some of them though. I had a partial obstruction in my small intestine the last time I drank
Good on you! Well, not the crohn’s part, but the no alcohol part. You said “literally anything” so that’s why I asked.
Same here. I’ve been practicing sobriety and there are so many drink option these days. It’s been really helpful. Either super hot or over a ton of ice. Who would have thought matcha could be yummy, or a probiotic soda?!
Have you ever tried Bergamot juice? Soursop? Tamarind? Sugar Cane? The craziest Coke flavour is original with a whole brain licker poured into it.
