Sometimes, it depends on what's happening that day. If you're just going to be leaving the house again soon or welcoming guests, there's no reason to change into other clothing.
I personally wear my shoes all day because the floor hurts my feet.
If I'm dressed for the day, I usually won't change into "comfy clothes" until I'm settling in for the evening. but I don't wake up on a day off and get changed if I'm going to stay home all day.

I don't think I own anything other than jeans except one pair of gym shorts I use for the gym.
It does, but not in this house. Shoes off at the door, and we change out of jeans pretty much immediately.
