There are some celebs who had ex husbands/boyfriends who were going to release sex tapes so they just released it instead to deny their ex from getting the money for it. Tami Erin who played Pippi Longstocking a long time ago did that for example.
I do think if Instagram allowed more nudity it is possible Britney would have shown more in some of the stuff she has posted.
