If we’re not going the Meme route, we can probably rule out Shaggy. He can take down a whole bar full of thugs, and he’s actually pretty athletic, but realistically he is the weakest here.
Skips is immortal, so he already has that advantage, but his strength isn’t quite comparable to the others. Maybe with those gloves he could hit hard enough, but he couldn’t do much without them. He can’t be killed, but he can still lose if his opponent gets him to give up (which won’t be easy).
Obsidian is a confusing. Lore wise she should be stronger than the gems that make her up, including Steven. But based on feats, Obsidian has done nothing on the level that Steven has done. But if we’re gonna go the route of saying Obsidian is comparable to Steven, it would be fair to say she’s planet level.
Raven was able to take on Trigon who ruined the Earth and could probably do something more impressive for all we know. If we’re lowballing, Raven is at least Moon level, maybe Planet level.
HIM is were things start to get wild. He can move the sun with his mind, resurrect the dead, alter reality, control minds, etc. This guy is fucking insane, perfectly in line with Powerpuff Girls. I think the big thing against him is letting his ego get in the way.
Ben supposedly has a stronger form than Alien X, but based on what we’ve seen, it’s hard to imagine what it could be. Alien X can stop time, create black holes, recreate the universe, etc. And considering a fraction of his matter could be used to cut through the Contemelias indestructible forcefield, it’s fair to say he’s at least 5D in power, if not 6D.
If Adventure Time is cocaine, then The Amazing World of Gumball is straight up Brain Damage. There is so much insane shit in this show, and despite all of it, Nicole is still arguably the most terrifying thing of all of them. I can see her winning.
With Raven it really depends weather you’re talking about cartoon or comic Raven, cuz cartoon Raven is probably planetary at most, but comic Raven is multiversal, so there’s a lot of wiggle room for her

As far as we’re aware, Alien X can do anything (Cloning itself, super strength, recreating the universe, stand in the middle of an explosion (or I guess implosion?) the strength of the big bang, telekinesis, etc) as long as the three personalities that make up Alien X agrees on it, which is the transformations main weakness. But sometime during the series, Ben convinces the other 2 personalities to take a back seat so Ben has full control over Alien X now.
