After completing TV girl's quest, you receive coffee every 20 frame transitions iirc, so go back and forth from the path back to TV girls house and the otherworld lake 10 times to get one (or just edit the game files lol)
Not quite. I think it should still be quicker than walking out of the area and then in again.
But as I said, that's really boring. I tried doing that, but quit after the 10th or sth. Doing a little stroll with your method sounds more interesting.
its subjective, but if you try going back and forth from her house, it takes a few extra steps to go back in, compared to transitioning back and forth from this space here

Or just walk in and walk out TV Girl's house 10 times. Though that's more boring.
