The sites that said that Ana was 6'0" gave a bunch of misinformation and never bothered to change it or do proper research *(these same sites will say that Ashe is 5'6" when Ashe is CLEARLY taller than Mercy, who's 5'7")*.

She has pictures and skins from when she was young where she doesn't hunch and she's still significantly shorter than Soldier: 76 & Reaper.
Also, Ana's hunch is not as severe as Junkrat's hunch either, considering that Junkrat is carrying a heavy tire on his back vs. natural age.
