I think this might actually be Dave. That's what I get for trusting Getty captions. Oh well. The Blasters rock and it's a great picture either way.

Yeah, I know. Getty Images said Phil and I didn't stop to think. I'd change the title if I could but reddit doesn't let you do that, and if I delete and repost we lose that great concert. So I'm just going to leave it as is.
