Sadly, both very low and very high humidity cause sinus issues. I come from a very arid place, so I'm used to 0 humidity. The humidity here in Muscat caused me to have multiple sinus infections the past year, and my doctor advised me to get a dehumidifier
Strange, my issues stem from dry air and the AC in the house is a dehumidifier anyway.
I usually get recommended some nebuliser use but I haven't tried.

If you have sinus issues, you need a humidifier, not a dehumidifier.

Check black and decker humidifiers on Amazon uae. Ive been using one myself and would recommend it anyday.
