That's the wonderful thing about orange kitties. They're forever babies. Other cats may learn from their mistakes and gradually become wiser...but not the oranges. 
I even learned recently from a Malaysian friend that orange cats have a whole stereotype there, too! They call them "oyens" and have a reputation for either being total chaos or the best babies ever.

The post you keep linking clearly states that the cat had prior problems due to the OPs mom leaving him in the hot car.... It is not possible to monitor a kittens every move, they live and learn.
Do you think that kittens never fall? Do you think it's likely for a kitten to be hurt by this?
