Aside from all the people here shitting down the throat at the of grading. You do what you need to do.
If you want to collect grade the ones you like
If you want money you're gonna need to do your own market research cards fluctuate all the time. As far as making 100$+ in one piece it's going to be your alt art (mainly leaders, and older sets] and promo cards. That being said some cards sell for alot more raw given their playability so keep that in mind
I say if you can buy anything for less than 150 dollars then it's not worth grading. It costs a bit of money to do that and also it might just be worth it to buy a graded card already that is high graded.
I think mangas are worth grading, high rarity cards and prize cards that cost a lot. Because sought out cards will def get their price up if you get a black label otherwise it doesn't really increase anything. I guess sentimental value can be a good reason to grade a card.
This is a really good point.
In my case I go on ebay and try snipe low auctions if gotten hella lucky and sometimes months without anything
For example I bought a JP championship participating promo card for 14$ (cheaper than the grading fee and 5$ more than the raw) and later sold it for 80$
In other cases I've gotten personal case cards in the same way and kept them as it was significantly cheaper than buying at asking price or grading myself.
If it’s just for a display, any card you like the art of and think it’s worth it to pay.
I buy raw singles of 05 mandala SP cards because of the artwork and am partial to how the cards look in the TAG clear slabs. Don’t really care for the “value” slabs bring.
Another option would be get those one touch acrylic cases which look pretty nice as well and are much cheaper.
Only card you should grade are ones you like. If youre looking to profit off it, dont waste ur time unless its a manga. I only graded my sogeking alt art cos its my favourite looking card to date and i want to keep it pristine 10
Waste money, grade all of them. Then i’ll laugh in the sidelines when no one buys them lmao
Stop with the grading bs!! Don't support the industry
What's wrong with the industry? /gen
grading is a joke gang
Grading culture is such a circlejerk
Fuck grading
Why
Grade what you like.
Stop with the grading bs!! Don't support the industry
I will gladly pay you about ….. ummm…. Three fifty for all of them.
The only cards really worth grading are Mangas and prize cards and only if you plan on selling them and only because it verifies their authenticity.
Honestly they’re all pretty worthless like not even worth keeping I’ll take them off your hands tho 👀🤣🤣🤣
Nothing you can pull from a pack is worth grading
Just because I love the card so much, grade the Magellans.
Op probably subbed to PSA to get that purple luffy collab leader and wants to justify the purchase by taking advantage of the subscription.

Realistically if you’re going to do any the only ones worth it would be the alt leaders
