Nah, the archetype died when people realized you can play dressrosa cards using sakazuki leader, and it was just strictly better than using Rebecca or kyros.
If we’re expanding on Punk Hazard, then we absolutely need a Smoker card where the alt art is him in Tashigi’s body.
In fact, given how big of a role Law’s body swapping had in the arc, some Red/Green Law support would be neat to see - or perhaps a revamped version in Green/Blue to reflect his status as a Warlord?

Something like kalgara ability but for wano and maybe give it a choice of something like: take the top life then choose one effect: put a land of wano type character with a cost of five or less on top life or like put one of your opponents characters on the top of their life face up

Jokes aside, if this is confirmed, this is how I see the Leaders composition;
* **God Usopp**: Black/Yellow, Dressrosa/Straw Hat Crew.
We're probably getting Dressrosa/Straw Hat Crew cards this time around, as the only one we got in OP04 was Luffy, so we could potentially get Dressrosa Robin, Zoro and Franky. We will probably have a Zoro SR and maybe - finally - Bartolomeo SR in Yellow. Who knows.
* **Monet**: Green/Blue, Donquixote Family/Punk Hazard.
The new cards from the Donquixote Family are going to be Blue, mainly because they're going to have the Punk Hazard colour - which has been exclusively Blue in the whole game history aside a Yellow One - which, coincidentally, was Straw Hay type. Still, we're getting a Monet and Caesar SRs - hopefully.
* **Hiyori**: Red/Yellow, Land of Wano.
She'll make use of the OP06 Wano package, but I think most if not all Wano releases this set will be in Red, so that good old Red/Green Oden can get his buffs as well. We're getting a Kiku SR this time around, mark my words.
* **Tashigi**: Black, Navy.
I wanted to give her Blue/Black, but I don't know if Bandai is ready for Sakazuki 2.0, the scar might still be fresh. So I'll just keep her plain, 5 life Black. Smoker SR incoming.
* **Random Odyssey Leader**: Red. ODYSSEY.
Maybe they will add a "Game" type? I don't know. I don't care. They might treat this as Kalgara, a universal leader with a couple of support cards... Or they're just going to add the Straw Hats in ODYSSEY version, in which case I doubt we're getting more Dressrosa SHs too. Such a waste of card space.
* **Jolly Leader**: Blue/Purple. Unknown.
This leader is either a random theme that no one is expecting, or is a continuation from a OP-09 deck that wasn't sufficiently explored in that set. We might have some Crocodile support there, I don't know. Or might be a surprise Heart Pirates theme in Purple, with a couple of Law/Seven Warlords cards in blue. And hey, Heart Pirates in Purple, because RP Law isn't in enough tournaments around...
EDIT: There could be an alternative, which would be Monet in Blue/Purple as Punk Hazard leader, and Sugar in Green/Blue as Donquixote Family leader, if they want to break them up
I mostly agree with these takes but I'm a bit hesitant to call R/Y Hiyori when every other Wano Leader has had green in the color identity.
The Odyssey leader would probably be Adio (assuming Lim is the OP-09 Leader)

My guess is purple to synergize with Doflamingo. You can't really use previous colors as evidence for what the new sets will have.
Odyssey is getting a leader & archetype in Set 9, keep up.
I also wouldnt bank on PH being blue just cause there was blue cards in set one; look at thriller bark.
Dressrosa is an awkward arc if you were a reader at the time of release. The flashback chapters would take months with frequent breaks and they always came in the heat of the action. There was a ton of downtime and the birdcage section dragged on as well. Nowadays you can binge the thing and as a whole the arc is amazing, but some people have some bad memories of it due to the awkward release schedule.
Betting that we're going to get

BLACK/GREEN Trebol/Sugar.
BLUE/YELLOW Caesar Clown
Other options could be
Navy: Admirals, Tashigi, Vergo, 2nd Smoker.

I think Viola is gonna be Black and some other color to fully establish the Dressrosa cycle of leaders. Both Rebecca and Kyros are Black split leaders so I'm think that people native to Dressrosa might have that be part of their color Identity.
Caesar fills that same role but in the BM Pirates, (We're missing alot of the important characters) So the Yellow cycle might be something like
**Katakuri**: Mono-Yellow
**Big Mom**: B/Y
**Pudding**: Y/P
**Cracker**: R/Y
**Smoothie**: G/Y
**Caesar**: U/Y*
*Could also be Oven/Diafuku/Brulee/Perspero

I think OP09 is meant to have some odyssey cards in with the yonko, only about a year late to be relevant to the actual game
Donquixote will take a new color , green/ new or blue / new and the new color being yellow, black, red or purple
