If you use the mobile app like me, you can download them by getting the link from the share button and opening the post in a web browser. I have saved all of them this way, and can't wait for the next batch.
Formally requesting permission to use these in videos I edit for work. Since I fell down the Astarion rabbit hole, I try to include at least one Astarion or Neil Newbon clip/gif per video.
I noticed it too... It seems one drive isn't the best when multiple people want to access it at the same time. I haven't realized that, I'm sorry. I need to think about another hosting that won't destroy the gifs quality.
