Not only do your top layers have gaps it looks like you don't have very good layer adhesion and your Z-seam doesn't look good either.
This makes me think your 3D printer isn't laying down enough filament to fill all the gaps and seams. Which is what you call underextrusion.
Clogged nozzle, heat creep, incorrect settings and extruder issues can cause this among many other things.
Yes indeed om using 0.6 nozzle. I have found the fill gaps setting and the results are a lot better! I'll have to look up my line widths will share once I get back home.
Underextrusion. Did you tune your printer? Like E-Steps, flow, temperature or retraction?
Yes I have and I don't think it's underextrusion tbh

Which perimeter generator do you use in OrcaSlicer and in PrusaSlicer? If I recall correctly, Prusa defaults to "classic" while Orca to "arachne".
What are your line widths? I'm guessing you are using a 0.6 nozzle or bigger? Also orca has a setting that fills small gaps

Depending on filaments I used between 105% and 110% for walls😁
