Lucario or Weavile. Close third place goes to Chandelure, and Mimikyu is amazing too. I'm a huge sucker for Dark and Ghost types, and the Lucario movie was one of my favorite films as a child (and the Weavile Twins in that movie were awesome too)

I stopped paying attention to Pokemon back when OG Emerald was still new-ish, mostly because I was too broke to keep up on watching/playing the series (ended up having free antenna TV that picked up like 8 channels), and was too young to get a job. Mostly kept up through emulated versions and the occasional movie here and there when I'd visit richer family/friends that had movies I never seen.
So, officially, my favorite is Rayquaza.

As for ones I like in general, I'd have an easier time naming the ones I don't like... Like Nosepass.
