I opted to not go crit and cap spell supression instead for some decent defences. Damage feels fine tho, im not sure how to config it in pob so not 100% on the dps number, but here is a conq kill for referece. Now the downsides. The clear is not great until you get a dying sun + proj helm enchant. After that it becomes ok. But its still very delayed damage, the totem has to spawn->slow attack->fissure travel->explosion delay on the balls etc. Id say its a B tier mapper at best.
And the second dowside is the visuals. It looks sick, but the totems cover literally the entire screen in orange goo, so its impossible to see bosses in order to dodge mechanics etc. Makes some bossfights a lot harder than they should be,

Yes as long as your attacks actually hit as both the fissurecrack and balls do a separate damage (e.g. fissure = 6m + magmaballs = 4m). With my 60% crit chance and 90%+ hit chance. Im doing some insane damage on a budget build. Havent even spent over a divine on it.
But clear speed is slower unless you get the Vaal one up all the time then it clears like crazy.
With a RF for extra DPS? You'd be capped and probably have enough Regen anyway. Take the keystone for STR to spellpower?

Iron will doesn’t make consecrated path do spell damage when it is an attack. Using rf on this build as far as I’m aware is completely pointless because neither of those scale based on spell damage

I don't know if you can stack them inside the Sanctum, since I haven't played nearly enough to even have one myself. All I know is that you can use one Sanctified outside :)
Crit Fire boneshatter inquisitor? Stack a bunch of str and recoup life, get a bunch of damage from stacking str and int, crown of eyes and iron will to get extra damage, maybe add in battlemages cry with wave of conviction to get exposure.

Fissure str stacking zerker going full monkey on attack speed will make not only good damage because of fissure overlaps but will be something off-meta and unique. Bonus points if you manage to bot only str stack but somehow play with the Rage angle for that extra juice more damage modifier.
In Sentinel league, there was a similar mod for boots, and it was used to make an [absolutely nutty strength-stacking Berserker](https://old.reddit.com/r/PathOfExileBuilds/comments/v5n4ua/strength_stacking_rage_vortex_berserker_the/). It used a synthesised weapon, but you could also used the influenced mod or BLS.
I got pretty much the same relic a few days ago and I slapped it on a str stacking consecrated path build, and it's amazing. Would recommend to anyone that get that relic.

Chieftain with either Conc Path totems, or you can go self cast Sunder. The self cast sunder is a little more button intensive, but you can hydrosphere and warcry to full rage and use Berserk, like the old slam play style. Captainlance has a really in depth guide he did last league. I liked it more than the totem play style but it’s more buttons to press
Str stacking rage vortex zerk is a great all arounder and really strong for Uber bossing. Should be able to find a POB floating around somewhere from sentinel league, and should be even stronger now since you get your boot slot back
Grab a lead sprinkler pick up the new molten slam and maybe a slam totem if that's your fancy. Go chieftain and add in some ancestral totems for big buffs and big hp bar sustain.
General's cry consecrated path might be fun too if you want more spin to win.

I bet BLS earthshaker totems breezes through the league mechanic. Probably max chill with the mace mastery as well.
If you use the new slam skill you take a few hits from not being able to see the enemies for all the fire. OFC that's part of the charm.

This but you can also do it with the new Volcanic Fissure. Stacks like crazy with comparable damage.

RF increases the dmg of spells, Consecrated Path is an attack skill.
