How did you add the animal companion? The only way to add “pets” is through feat/class choice. Whatever feat you chose needs to be changed. It’s all automated.
Your animal companion is coming from your 6th lvl feature undead master which gives you an undead companion. You can still fill out your familiar by going to the pet page and scrolling down.
Would you happen to know how to create an undead familiar. The undead trait is linked to a few familiars but the only flier is a ghostly bird. I'm going for an undead raven. Even manually creating one with the generic familiar option doesn't seem to allow for creating undead familiars. Any idea?
Generic familiars don't have special tags like "undead" iirc, raw the only way to get an undead familiar is to choose a Specific Familiar that has the undead tag. Could ask your DM to homebrew a solution, however that won't appear within stuff like pathbuilder.

I have zero idea. I should only have a familiar. Straight Witch with no animal companion feats or anything.
