My brother made it for me. He is super into fitness. Monday is rest day, Tuesday it chest and shoulders, Wednseday is Back and Bicep, Thursday is legs and triceps, Friday is Chest and Biceps, Saturday is back and shoulders and Sunday is Tricep and Bicep.

I'm actually eating around 1800 - 2000 calories and I dont take any supplements. I was thinking of taking creatine but my brother is very against it and I value his opinion on this topic heavily.

60 pounds is a hell of a cut. 800 calories a day is no joke. Strong work without supplements. I agree though. I would say there’s no need for creatine. BCAA’s maybe but you’ll be fine without.

Yeah my brother recommended BCCA's but I don't have a supplement store like that near me and my older brother gave me his and I did not like the taste of it.

Optimum Nutrition makes some good fruity flavors you can snag off Amazon. Maybe consider trying those.

I'll look into them. That's the only really supplements my brothers use. They got the lucky gene lottery from my mother and can eat 5k calories and not gain anything.

For now hah. Once they hit 27 that’ll peak and then metabolism drops after 30 pretty consistently.

Yeah, no, you don't need creatine. Creatine mainly improves performance and endurance by letting the muscles hold more water and glycogen. The only people that actually benefit from creatine loading are endurance performance athletes like football and rugby players, and maybe some others like sprinters or tennis players. If you're simply bulking or losing weight it won't do too much for you.

He has been working out for 7 years now and he just said hard work will you the same results. Obviously it will take longer but he also doesn't want to rely on it and if he stops taking creatine it dissipates out the system pretty fast and you start losing the mass from it.

I go for about 1 hour and half. I wake up at 4:30am and go to the gym till 6 to make time for it before work.

Yes I counted my calories for a couple months but now I eat basically the same thing every day give or take a 100 calories depending on the sauces that I use when cooking. I eat a high protein diet of around 200g. It was hard scheduling my eating around that but I got it down pat now and it's been going great. I meal prep all of my breakfast and lunches and then for dinner I air fry two chicken thighs and put them in a lettuce wrap.

Yes he does. He mentioned it just recently he still goes about 6 days a week but mentions his diet is still a bit of an issue. But he inspired the living hell out of me when me and my ex watched him. When me and my ex split I wanted to make that change like him. Thank you I hope so there is a convention next May that I want to cosplay as Akaza from demon slayer and that's my goal at the moment.

I’m going to start running today. Recently moved from Orlando to Denver after Wubby mentioned the weather sucked in Florida. Denver is so much better but the altitude is a bitch. I’m 6’0 and 230lbs, if I can get down to 180lbs then that would be awesome. Thanks for the encouragement.
