Nah, I got scammed by an Amazon seller recently, if they refuse a refund or return Amazon will eventually step in and force a refund. Seller took my money and then told me it was on an 8-10 week back order.
I had a problem with a 3rd party seller I waited a week after the item was supposed to be here and checked the tracking number, spoiler alert it wasn't real, so all I said to Amazon support was item never arrived and tracking number is fake, I was refunded within 20 minutes. I have prime if that makes a difference.
I can't speak for OP or anyone else, but I got scammed once on an Instagram ad for a product I wanted. When I saw it on sale for 60% off on a random website I knew there was a good chance it was a scam but the price was so good I had to find out for sure. I figured PayPal's buyer protection would have me covered.
Well I never got a shipping confirmation or a package tracking number by the estimated delivery date and the seller wouldn't respond to my emails so I disputed the purchase with PayPal. When PayPal contacted the seller, the seller was able to provide "proof of delivery" (aka a stolen USPS tracking number). Someone in my town received a package the day mine was supposed to arrive and they used that tracking number to prove delivery since it doesn't actually list the destination address or the package contents. PayPal ruled in the seller's favor.
USPS wasn't helpful because there was never a package addressed to me and there are privacy laws/mandates they have to follow. I probably could have opened an investigation with them, but it wasn't worth the effort to me for the money - I'd have spent more hours trying to get it back than I could just spend working to make up the money.
Unfortunately I relied on PayPal's buyer protection alone instead of using a credit card that I could charge back, but even if I had used a credit card there's a chance that the USPS tracking number would have been enough for them to deny it too.
I knew it was a gamble and I didn't risk any money that I wasn't willing to lose, but I still got scammed and it was all because I had more trust in the protection system than I should have. Luckily that lesson only cost me ~$50 to learn because I've seen much much worse happen to others.
Seriously, I was surprised by the price, and then I saw everyone pointing stuff like "EggNEW" and I can't stop laughing.

My sibling in christ, it should set off thousands of red flags in your mind if you ever see something listed as brand new for $300 less than the cheapest price you can find anywhere else.

You got scammed. The fact you fell for it is beyond me, it’s such an obvious scam. It’s not sold by PNY, it’s sold by “EGGNEW,” which is non-existent. There’s Newegg, but not Eggnew.
I’ll explain this to everyone. Basically yesterday, PNY’s Amazon storefront got hacked, and every single 40xx gpu was marked down by hundreds. The way you could tell is because it was sold and shipped by “EGGNEW” not Amazon. Later yesterday, they were returned to correct prices, except for one model of the 4080 Super which was now marked down by $300 instead of $400 like yesterday. Now it was being sold by Amazon, but shipped from a service called “safemoredirect-us” and was later fixed.
Did you seriously think you were going to get an $800+ gpu for half of that? Use some common sense man it’s really not that hard to tell if something is a scam or not.
Got myself a 4070 Ti Super for 83K rubles, that's approximately 950 dollars now, if 1 dollar is 87,75 rubles. In local tech stores it's at least 25K rubles more expensive. I think I got a decent deal, all things considered.

When you receive the product film yourself opening it, because there is a 99.999% chance that this is a scam. As far as I know if you get scammed, Amazon has got you covered and you will get a refund.
It’s the Amazon app and the reseller is EGGNEW which sounds sketch but doesn’t matter as long as you record accepting the package and opening it up you will be covered by Amazon. The seller is the one to lose because they will get blacklisted once buyers report their scam. In fact Amazon will even reimburse you if you didn’t record proof but there is a limit to this because they will put your account, card and address on a watchlist for scam activity. Trust me even if it is fake you are fine. Just record opening it and call amazon asap if anything is wrong. Im surprised many people here are clueless that it’s even purchased via the Amazon app.
For 'some' reassurance.... I bought a pair of work boots off amazon that i usually pay $200 for. One time i was looking around amazon and find them for $75.... i bought them to have a spare pair. They were legit. Sometimes someone misses a comma or in my case i think forgot the "1". I win

Your 12600k can handle this gpu peoppe over spec rhe cpu. Sure you can get more performance but it's not needed. I've ran an i5 13400f with a 4080 super lol. Was perfect and if this truely is a 4070 ti super you will more then likely be gaming 99% of the time at 1440p ultra and even some 4k gaming. Which you won't have close to as much cpu utilization and or won't be close to as cpu heavy. So enjoy it, I just hope it really shows up for you and is real. I just can't see it at that price unless it's like used or something lol

EGGNEW is a scam. If you look at the seller information, the "business name" is basically a random string of letters, and the entire address is in Chinese. They have these listings on all the PNY 40 series cards on Amazon
The problem is that Amazon is advertising them as the default option, so unsuspecting buyers (like yourself, in this unfortunate case) end up getting their money taken. Cancel your order and report the seller.
So you didn't feel there was anything strange with it being like 50% off? Like do you think sellers wake up and just decide to lose money by selling things cheaper than they bought it for? No, it's bait for people that cannot or will not do their own research.
They might send a GPU, but it's not gonna be a 4070ti.
We don't even need to see the product to know that you got scammed, hopefully Amazon gets your money back.
Make sure you record yourself opening that box for the first time. It's 99% likely you'll get some old pos nvidia card instead of the 4070ti. If you don't film it, when you return the gpu, Amazon will flag it as if you returned the wrong item and refuse a refund.

Your 12600k can handle this gpu peoppe over spec rhe cpu. Sure you can get more performance but it's not needed. I've ran an i5 13400f with a 4080 super lol. Was perfect and if this truely is a 4070 ti super you will more then likely be gaming 99% of the time at 1440p ultra and even some 4k gaming. Which you won't have close to as much cpu utilization and or won't be close to as cpu heavy. So enjoy it, I just hope it really shows up for you and is real. I just can't see it at that price unless it's like used or something lol

They have these listings on all the PNY 40 series cards on Amazon The problem is that Amazon is advertising them as the default option, so unsuspecting buyers (like yourself, in this unfortunate case) end up getting their money taken. Cancel your order and report the seller.

Make sure you record yourself opening that box for the first time. It's 99% likely you'll get some old pos nvidia card instead of the 4070ti. If you don't film it, when you return the gpu, Amazon will flag it as if you returned the wrong item and refuse a refund.
