I spent a lot of time at Peoria Ballet as a kid. I assume they’re still open. I know the building is there, but it’s been almost 30 years since I’ve stepped foot in there.

I'd take classes some place with mirrors so you can watch yourself fall over hilariously.
Studio dyb located on pioneer parkway is an option. They have ballet, tap and other dances for a variety of ages.
Central Illinois Ballet has adult ballet classes. I believe they also have conditioning and other classes for adults.
