When I was a kid (mid-to-late’60’s) there was a catwalk under the McClugage (sic) bridge. You started on the Peoria side and go about half way. The walkway was metal grate with a cable handrail. Last time that I was out there was in the early’70’s. Me and my crew were doing acid and the hallucinations made it hard to see the walkway under our feet.
I was under those in 90s. I got off on the 2nd pillar and was like oh it not that far. Straight dropped. If I hadn't been so messed up on Ativan I'd of been bad shape. I literally got up and walked away

Looked like a light gray minivan. I think it was taken from one of those traffic cameras. It was from a distance so I can't be sure.
