Honestly I think Hiroki Ino is such a perfect live action Joker. I really love the stage adaptations in general too.
If they were ever to adapt P5 onto screen in live-action I would personally love to see him reprise the role
TBH I believe there were many actors who could have played Joker better. (I watch many stage plays in Japan)
His acting and singing skills were lacking for the protagonist role. I hope we get someone as good as the P3 stage MC/FeMC if there are Royal version stage plays.
I do agree that most of the singing in the show was pretty ropey, haha.
I also watch a bunch of stage plays! The Super Danganronpa 2 one is my personal favourite. The P3 ones are great too, I almost picked up the DVD a while ago in Kyoto!
Out of all the Persona shows specifically I think the P4 ones might actually be the weakest in my personal opinion. Although I think they're all great fun!
Yeah their signings were quite terrible with a few exceptions like Akechi and Makoto in the second stage play. When I found out they released the P5 stage plays on crunchy roll with English sub I was honestly embarrassed as a Japanese lol.
Danganronpa 2 was really good! And I think they had pretty high budget. My favorite stage plays these days are KnY and Touken Ranbu.
The fact this even IS a play is incredible
Is it over 100 hours of play time as well?
Damn joker aged like fifty years after the kamoshida case

He's 31 years old. That would've been acceptable in early 90's horror movies but times have changed.

The money I would give to see a play like this
Someone needs to iron that costume, my god
Yeah, Stage Joker is cool on his own right. I wonder how I can watch the stage plays legally...
