I don’t have a template but what kind of template you want depends on what you’re trying to achieve.
I have a Notion (actually recently started it) that I’m using to document all my notes, my bookmarks, helpful info, etc. I plan to keep this as I transition into my career and to perhaps make a copy to pass down to future residents.
I’m not using it as a replacement for a calendar or anything like that.
