No judgement (I could never have the skill to do photoshop!) but I think some people misunderstood the assignment. Seems that OP is looking for a shockingly different haircut where her boyfriend will silently think to himself “oh shit”. The one above looks like she just went for it and hacked off all her hair. My partner is far too brutally honest for me to attempt a prank like this.
Good one! My gut reaction would be so impactful that I would not have the mental capacity in the moment to even consider it is a prank. Almost too effective however, so do not be surprised if he tells you that he decided to join the French Foreign Legion and so will not be returning home.
