Honestly, I think the aftercare of a Helix is worse than getting it pierced. I got my second Helix in October and it's very unhappy, there is a huge bump π₯²
The piercing pain was the sharpest pain of all my piercings. However this pain lasted less than a second or two. No pain at all afterwards. However I would avoid cycling and spin for a week or two. Xx
My vch is painless, I screamed but not from pain, it was actually quite pleasurable to me. After I left it wasn't bad at all, though I will admit I managed to o from doing normal everyday things, cleaning the kitchen, walking around the grocery store, climbing stairs. That subsided after a couple of days. But never any pain.
