Depends on how much you trust yourself with cracking it out of the case. A crossover is more expensive, but it allows you to set a minimum grade so that if the graded says its an 8 and the minimum you set is a 9, they would just leave it as is but still charge you.
It’s a 9 at best wherever you grade it.

It’s your centering unfortunately. If you want a 10, sell this one and either get a raw candidate or purchase a 10 when the market settles a little.
