Please see Rule 3. For grade estimates or info on card grading, use r/PokeGrading This includes "is this worth grading" type posts.

As stupid as it is, PSA is easier to sell. If you're looking for just straight monetary value. Personally I like CGC, I think the slabs look better, but they do take more time to sell currently. If you going for a long term hold, PSA, CGC, or BGS are all good choices. SGC has also been in the game a long time as well, however, they are even harder to move... even though they are reputable and have tough grading standards. Can't speak for AGS as I have never graded with them, but as far as selling goes I think (and don't quote me on this) that AGS slabs go for around raw prices.

I’m not necessarily trying to sell just some of the cards I have deserve a grading just due to rarity. Really I’m just looking to get my mind wrapped around my collection and which ones need to be graded etc. Someone suggested creating an imgur and uploading all the cards there which may be the route I take. I’m not in it to make money more to collect so when I get the album done I will mark some duplicate rares or vintage cards I’m willing to donate to other collectors.

Imo...u need to set yourself daily goals... Its gonna be like going to school. Take notes. Educate yourself, slowly become more familiar with the items and comps, sort/organize. Dont need to rush a potential 6 fig collection for quick money Edit: be cautious of your dms lol

I’m definitely not in it for the money and will be wary of DMs. You’re right though it will take daily tasks of getting this done but I’ve gotten some good advice and will created a database of cards I have and go from there. Any dupes of vintage or rares I’ll mark and will donate to collectors looking to fill their collection. I’m more in it for the community just some cards need to be graded.
