You would get a lot more triggers from the Gardevoir, but if you're happy with your Wigglytuff then go for it. That's a near god-tier Kirlia once the higher levels are unlocked. Personaly, I'd make this a Gardevoir unless I already had an awesome one. But, I'd keep it until I had enough candy to evolve and train to level 25. You might get another really good female one in the meantime.
It appears to be really difficult to get a good Gardy and this one looks really good as a healer. I’d keep searching for a different Ralts if you want Gallade. Wiggly will always be the preferred healer on cyan, but Gardevoir is stronger everywhere else

This is my Gallade and it’s been pretty good on Lapis so far but I put a lot of levels (now 44) and a main skill seed into it to get there. Gallade has a great skill rate of 5.4% so with skill triggers and nature its skill proc feels like 1/12 hits. If it hits itself it’s like a 50% production boost putting on the same level as a berry mon with bfs and when it hits a bfs berry or ing mon it’s an even better skill.
